1st the elevators kept breaking down. Then finally the one elevator that was working on my side broke down. The other side only went to the tenth floor. Meaning we had to walk up 9 flights of stairs! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It”s 116 degrees and there’s no AC in most of the building! They don’t give a damn about their customers.

The lobby area is very spacious and nice with the added snack/toiletry shop. I felt the rooms are very dated and not very clean feeling. It was a very hot weekend so things felt very damp unless the AC was at 62-65 degrees. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was empty. The shower curtain also needed to be changed out. I also was thrown off by the size of the room vs what was advertised. I had reserved a king evolution room, thinking space as the photo showed with a separate sitting area but did not get that. The couch bed was not clean and still had wrappers and old sheets on it. Overall, rooms, elevators, and other areas of use could use more attention. Staff were great to work with.

Even though the hotel was in the middle of renovations, the place was clean and the staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast was excellent.

My stay was great. The temperature in the hallway on the 2nd floor was very warm. The temperature in the lobby was too cold.

Cleanliness was awesome so was the housekeeper.

Loved the area. Will be back!

We never were told about your restaurant on the property. When we found out about the restaurant, the hours felt inconvenient since there’s not any food nearby.

They had a bar and the serve hot breakfast.

Great place , no breakfast which is unusual for a Hilton garden inn but overall good place to stay for the price in Milwaukee.

Non working coffee maker and shower.

Bedding and sheets had red droplease throughout, hair dryer hanging off wall, blankets with holes you could stick your hand through, non working tv, tiny hairs found on bathroom floor, rude front desk staff, pool not open when advertised.
