Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee Nw Park Place by IHG

Not really

Great variety for breakfast!!!! Very impressed.

The staff was great! The one bedroom suite was huge! Loved the size of the room. Good location. The pool needs a good cleaning, especially the kiddie pool. We also made a noise complaint for the room above us, it was a couple physically fighting all night, stomping, screaming, crying and there were other complaints from other rooms too about this room but sadly, they didnt do much about it and it continued until morning.

Location Cockroach infested in room 220

Horrible

Check in was fast but first room was so dirty and dusty like it wasent used in awhile . Gave me keys to another room before I got there the worker said that room smelled like mildew so then was moved to 3 rd floor room it was ok after my keys wouldn’t work 3xs the worker had to let me in . Breakfast Saturday was good and full then Sunday was empty and everything was burnt up and pancake machine was stuck nobody fixed it . After breakfast like 9 am my room key didn’t work had to go downstairs to get another key lady at desk said it’s no big deal and she didn’t know why the key didn’t work smh it was a big deal when u got little kids waiting to get in the room . Pool area was nice and nobody bothered us and was quiet all weekend but no hot tub !!!!Also charge a $250 deposit which is super high and takes time to come back on ur card … needless to say I will not be returning. The male staff were overly polite but the women workers were not . Highly would not recommend.

Superb

Clean room. All seems newer!

Uncomfortable bed. The sheets were low quality and scratchy as well. No coffee maker in the room.

The room was always clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was good every morning. A couple negative things. We smelled a musty smell in the hallway to the pool area. We also saw several roaches. So that made me feel less comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The staff was incredibly nice. The hotel room was spacious with excellent lighting. The breakfast was great with several different varieties as as well as the soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dove which who doesn’t love dove

Pleasant

They need to finish cleaning all the rooms before renting them out

Property was clean and looked updated

Everything was to our liking. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Flashing security cameras in parking lot flashed into window, seen w shades pulled , and a smoke alarm constantly flashed green , very bright right over bed .. mabey move theses things around so they don’t keep people awake .. these were very brother lights ..

Was fine

The place is unkept.

Booked this property because of the pool feature for our little daughter, but it was under construction. Wish we were informed prior to booking.

We were given a room with two beds at first, upon entry found the linens had not been changed , and reported it. After being promised an upgrade to a suite, we were actually given the room we originally requested, which was a single King bed. This room was not thoroughly cleaned either. We were given room 422 in which the shower was full of mold and every time we went in the bathroom at night, we were killing baby roaches. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had to endure. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel.
