Closest motel to American Family Field that had a room available. Easy access. Dirtiest room I've ever been in. I had to mop the floor with bath towels; pubic hair on the floor; no shower curtain; bed was a cheap mattress on a plywood board for a box spring. No real attendant on duty. Noisy. No place near it to get something to eat. In credibly poorly managed.

To be honest there was nothing to like there at all I don’t like that you can’t safely park your trailer or truck in there lot without all your tools being stolen next day. Someone broke into my truck and trailer the first night. They have cameras but GM stated they don’t work but they lock the inside down like a prison makes no sense.

Van got broken into in the parking lot right in front of the hotel

Loved the full size refrigerator, big microwave and little cooking area. We will definitely stay there again. Would have been nice to have a breakfast area and a pool.

Place is on a 24hr lock. Key card stop working before checkout. Employee was late to 9am shift. People been living there for 3 years. It doesn't feel like a hotel but a apartment.

*Sticky room flooring not cleaned for 5 days after initial report at check-in; *Clogged bathtub drain; *Broken elevator unusable for 1 1/2 days, *Cable TV out for 2 days *Toilet paper holder missing its clamping screw resulting in the holder constantly falling; *Manager named Ashley completely disregarded customer concerns, turning a deaf ear to her responsibility of keeping her hotel functioning smoothly for her guests. Her cold, prideful, and uncaring attitude is ill-suited for being in that position of responsibility.

Check in took over 20 minutes. Reserved room with 2 beds but they said that it was only one. Lucky to get the correct room. Tv remote missing from room, turned on manually but it had no signal. Went to front desk .. handed me a dead remote and said tv ‘s were out due to storm and should work in 30 minutes.. never did work!! Hallways smelled bad, carpet in elevator was filthy. Not very appealing experience

Limited hours that staff is there. We were only there for one night, so these issues weren’t huge. If we were staying longer they would’ve been bigger. We only had two towels and they were dirty, there was an exposed wire in our room (photo attached), only one bar of soap and one small tube of shampoo, and there were small, dead bugs in our beds. We weren’t able to bring these issues up to the staff due to their limited hours.

I didn't realize that this was an extended stay, not a typical hotel. I'm glad that it was just for a night or two...
