I started on the fourth floor then for whatever reason the electricity went off in only my room and never came back on. The staff moved me to the second floor. I asked to be put somewhere away from the elevator and in a quiet area as I work remotely.. I was put in room 218 right next to the elevator. I requested that when a room became available if I could move, I never heard back from anybody.. The family on the third floor right above me had small children and there was constant stomping/scraping/running/yelling from sunrise to about midnight every day. I requested to be moved. I was told that there was no rooms available however, whenever I went online, I was able to book a room so I’m not sure if there really was no rooms available..

The hotel was built just 3 years ago, but the faucet in my bathroom was loose, and the stovetop hood looked like it was falling apart. Worst of all, though, was that the hotel was horribly under staffed. Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 6 pm, could not get into the lobby until another visitor opened the door for me, and I found that there were at least 5 other people waiting for someone to come to the front desk. I was finally able to talk to someone about 6:15, and was told my room wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes (7 pm). I left to pick up a few groceries and got back about 7:30. After waiting again for the desk clerk, I then waited for the room to be "checked". I didn't actually get into my room until almost 8:30. Then I discovered there was no dinnerware or utencils, not even a cheap plastic glass for water. I had to go out and buy them the next morning. The second night, my keycard did not work for my room. This was at 11 pm, after work. The desk was not open and I had to call to get someone to the desk. My key was fixed (it worked the rest of the week). I do not blame the woman at the service desk - apparently, she was not only the only one staffing the desk, she also had to supervise the cleaning crew - or at least check that the work was done. She was running around like crazy. Management needs to find more help.

Hotwl filthy and dirty. Towels dirty and bad sheets full of hairs. Sticky floor and humid. It smelled pretty old even if it doesn't look like that from outside. Toy can hear everything from above yoy and next you. They allow dogs which means they might bark... a lot

the electric quit working in my room, had to move rooms, and then the room I was put in, the guests upstairs are quite loud, with kids playing and stomping until about 1am

The staff was not helpful at all. They act like you were bothering them when you asked them a question. Also, they don't give you but two sets of towels

When I first entered the room, I did not immediately notice any issues. However, after leaving the room and returning, I observed what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. I then conducted a more thorough inspection of the room and discovered what also appeared to be blood on the shower curtain in the bathroom. The condition of the room was unsanitary and unacceptable, as it appeared the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to my arrival.

The Staff is friendly and Great. The Price is great. 1. The hotel policy is clean the room once every two weeks, The national average for a (long stay Hotel) is once per week. 2. The cook top does not get hot enough to even boil water. It's virtually worthless as a cook top. 3. The desk in the room is oddly too high to be a desk and too low to be a countertop. It's really difficult to work at. 4. You need to take out your own trash, and it's quit the walk from the rear entrance or if you use the front entrance there are 3 sets of doors to navigate. There is no "in-house" system. 5. Management has cut virtually all the amenities i.e. Coffee in the lobby, pots and pans and dishes in the room. All of this adds up to extra cost to the customer.

I washed the floor and cleaned the microwave myself, but it makes me wonder about getting clean sheets and etc...

It was convenient for us for an over night stay. It was close to the event in which we came to town for.. Did not serve Breakfast..The carpet in the elevator was dirty. I told the front desk agent..We asked for more clean towels....They stated that they didn't have any???
