Woodspring Suites Milwaukee - Menomonee Falls

The full size refrigerator and extra large microwave and stove top burner was unexpected but happy it was there... cabinets to put food in if you are staying awhile was a nice touch and you can hang up clothes... they have a laundry room and provide a laundry basket so you can stay here for extended stay.... gym was small but nice.... checking in 5/29/2026 it was easy and the lady was very nice... staying there was good overall Bedding could of been better... duvet looked old giving this is a newer built hotel and shower needs a plastic liner the cloth is soaking wet or the floor is wet... shower could of been doubled checked for hair..... there was no staff present for checking out.... a lady had been waiting for 2 hours to get a new key after locking herself out her room.... I waited 30 minutes to checkout and end up leaving... Two other guest were standing there over an hour to get new towels... not sure when someone finally showed up.... this was on 5/31/2026

Clean, safe Not a lot of available parking, no supplies for kitchen. No restaurants close by

Upstairs neighbors were loud. Internet was slow.

2. The cook top does not get hot enough to even boil water. It's virtually worthless as a cook top. 3. The desk in the room is oddly too high to be a desk and too low to be a countertop. It's really difficult to work at. 4. You need to take out your own trash, and it's quit the walk from the rear entrance or if you use the front entrance there are 3 sets of doors to navigate. There is no "in-house" system. 5. Management has cut virtually all the amenities i.e. Coffee in the lobby, pots and pans and dishes in the room. All of this adds up to extra cost to the customer.

I washed the floor and cleaned the microwave myself, but it makes me wonder about getting clean sheets and etc...

Everything was great! Need more parking spaces.

It was convenient for us for an over night stay. It was close to the event in which we came to town for.. Did not serve Breakfast..The carpet in the elevator was dirty. I told the front desk agent..We asked for more clean towels....They stated that they didn't have any???

nothing but a nice location Customer service front desk, people were rude judge.Mental , and it seems like a place where they don't keep keep enough amenities or clean towels

Dirty lobby, elevators, and hallways. All three smelled differently. Room was clean. Amenities were poor. Room started smelling like smoke in the middle of the night, then weed. It was coming through my vents from another room.

I liked the location and the rates but other than that it wasn’t a pleasant experience I couldn’t even get fresh towels & the room was never cleaned in my 4 day stay

The staff is incredibly Nice. It seams like the owner entity is more concerned with cost cutting then smooth operation. There is simply not enough staff. So far My Stay has been 6 weeks this trip and my room has been cleaned only twice. And to get my room cleaned twice I had to bug the front desk endlessly. Also, the cook top is worthless. You can't even boil water with it, it does not get hot enough. All extra amenities that this property had when it was first open have been cut. Even the coffee Machine in the lobby no longer works.

Roaches and it was dirty couldn't get my key card for 2 days

It felt clean, especially the bathroom, which is always a big area for me. Staff was friendly & common areas were also very neat. Adding a 4th pillow to the bed. Also, I know this isn't necessarily the staffs area of control but everything smelled like weed, especially in the evenings or if I turned my bathroom vent on. Hallways smelled like a straight weed shop. I think cracking down on this would make a big difference. There were children there & they shouldn't have to deal with those smells or customers like me. I even had to sign a no smoking waiver which should also include recreational drugs.

Very nice and quiet. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful and prompt when I needed something. I liked everything
