Enjoyed our stay

I only stayed one night. I was encountered by very helpful staff and it was an added bonus that the establishment had a bar and restaurant. Which is very helpful when you have been traveling and just want to get to your room to relax and eat. Clean room. Everything was in working order

We came from Chicago to see the Mexican festival hotel was nice breakfast was even better great chief she needs a raise she deserves a raise best breakfast and late dinner ✌

Was nice and clean, staff was not the friendliest though.

We paid an extra $10 at booking for breakfast and it was far beyond what we expected. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. General cleanliness in shared areas—floors needed vacuumed or swept, etc.

The room and bathroom were clean, except the carpet had a slight mildew odor between the beds. The front desk said they would call maintenance about the heater fan that had a rattling noise when it came on. The adjoining restaurant, the Waterlin, was very nice and the food was excellent and breakfast was included in our package. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned very well, toilet leaked when flushed and air unit was loud and tv remote didn't work.

It would be nice to have some small continental breakfast included in the price. The restaurant was nice. The selection was very minimal, and the prices were very high kind of surprised that we saw as many people in there as we did and a small family with kids.

Shower didn't drain. Spiders in the shower and internal did work real well
