The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The pool not being open was not expected and kind of disappointing. The overall stay was great

Rooms were great. Restaurant was excellent. I'd go there again even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. Grounds needed some work. Gardens near the entrance had dying plants and needed weeding. The big planters at the entrance were bare except for 2 "dollar tree" metal sunflowers. Pretty tacky.

The night desk clerk was amazing, Keenen I believe his name is. But really every one was very professional and helpful overall. But Keenen even helped me with a technical issue I was having with family communications. Bright young man, and so knowledgeable

Three of us shared a 2 queen bed room. The beds were very comfortable and CLEAN! The room included a small fridge but no microwave. Everything looked very nice and enough room for 2 night stay. I would have liked grab bars in shower due to daughter having special needs and always takes a bath. Would have preferred a bath tub so next time I will ask! All staff was very friendly and helpful. Park is easy and seemed enough for all. We did not use pool/hot tub but only due to short on time!

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the actual shower.

Sheets and shower curtain were dirty, for the price I expected more

Wonderful stay!

The staff was amazing. I loved that the parking was free. I really enjoyed the restaurant on-site. But, most of all, the room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I'll definitely keep this property in mind for my next staycation.

We stayed on the Second floor the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and room had a slightly smell also

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. It was quiet and we enjoyed our staff. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub as we were visiting family in Menomonee Falls.

We had a great time. My husband and I went for an overnight stay to just have some time to ourselves for his birthday and this hotel was perfect. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the highlight of our stay was the hot tub!! Will definitely be coming back!

The beds were kind of hard and the pillows went flat way too fast. There was a ghetto group of what looked like hookers and pimps blaring rap music, dancing and cursing loudly in the parking lot when we were unloading. I thought we would be far enough from Milwaukee to have to deal with that but not something I want my children to be exposed to.

The bed was very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay

Very clean room, very comfortable beds. I'm particular, I was satisfied.
