The breakfast at Home2 is always one of my joys in life and the rooms and location ARE JUST THE ICING ON THE CAKE AT THIS ONE. I even had Vance the manager greet me and make time to chat! The clean rooms, delightful gym, excellent meeting/lounge space…WHAT MORE COULD ONE WANT

Clean rooms, but the breakfast was subpar. All of the food was just ok. The oatmeal was really the only tasty item.

Location, good breakfast and the pool was nice. Staff was very friendly Our room wasn’t very clean. Bathroom , bedroom floor and things in the room wasn’t cleaned the proper way for someone to stay in a nice room that had a previous rating.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't run, neither did the coffee.

Check-in was quick. My husband said the breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. Cons: The pocket door for the bathroom would only close part way (Rm 218). I got stuck inside the first time using it. Luckily my husband got me out. When my husband used the toilet it clogged. Very wimpy flushing. When I called the front desk for a plunger she said she’d look for one but I’d have to come down to get since she was the only one there. No problem until she called back saying their ONLY plunger must’ve been loaned out & not returned. They don’t have maintenance on weekends, she didn’t have an on-call number & the manager was off duty. I asked if she could call the manager & she replied “she won’t come here for that but she would be in in the morning.” Also they apparently had no open rooms to move to. When I asked what we were suppose to do she said we could go buy a plunger! That’s what we ended up having to do. Also, they hotel was very noisy. We’ve stayed at this hotel before without these problems. Will never stay here again! For a company whose business is in service, our experience was unacceptable. I planned on speaking to the manager when checking out but could not find one employee & we had to get going. The dining room was very busy & apparently she was the only one doing everything. The front desk person was friendly but NOT helpful. This reflects bad on the entire chain.

Property was clean and Breakfast was good. The full kitchen setup was useful for prepping meals if you want something other than surrounding fast food

The hotel overall was great. My stay was not very pleasant. We booked a suite with the pull out couch and kitchen, it ended up an accessible room which is fine except there was no tub so the water went everywhere. There was water in the master room, the kitchen, and all over the bathroom floor. While the staff was more than happy to provide towels, it made the stay horrible! Especially with kids. I will not book a suite here again
