Comfort Inn & Suites NW Milwaukee

The front desk attendant said the second entrance closer to our room at the end of the building was an accessible entrance, which it might be but the parking lot curb, closely parked cars without a walkway, and poorly lit entrance made it impossible to use with a wheelchair. The lobby was the accessible option. The luggage carts shaped like a triangle dolly need bungee cords to hold the luggage in place from the car to the room. The 2 queen beds and pull out sofa accessible suite appeared clean, was comfortable, working microwave, refrigerator, & spacious room. Good placement of sturdy grab bars in the large bathroom. The second TV was unexpected and might be nice if you have children staying on the sleeper sofa. The downside was the missing linens for the sofa bed, no blankets if the light comforter and sheet isn't enough, the desk had to be used for the second suitcase, breakfast was bland and disappointing but at least protein, yogurt, and fruit were available. The hallway carpet needs a good cleaning, and the lobby and hallways stinks strongly of cannabis. Overall the room was great, but the smelly lobby and dingy hallways made a poor first impression.

The room was clean, the staff at the desk was nice and respectful, Breakfast 9/10 wasn’t much but the eggs and bacon were good and fresh. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool. Overall I would definitely get another room. Especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff great place to stay

The room was clean, as well as the lobby and breakfast area. The staff were so friendly. I noticed they were always cleaning something. The pool area was nice as well.

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit my family. Great room, comfortable bed and pillows. Always a reasonable price. Hot and cold items for free breakfast.

The sheets had stains, so we had to put another sheet over the entire bed just to feel comfortable sleeping. The floors were also extremely dirty. Our 11-month-old walked around in socks for less than 10 minutes and they were already filthy. We ended up keeping her off the floor for the entire stay. The customer service was just as disappointing. There were no pillows provided for the pull-out sofa, so we called the front desk to request some. They couldn’t even provide pillows for us, which is ridiculous when you’re paying for a room with a pull-out bed. The pictures online are very misleading and made the hotel look much cleaner and better maintained than it actually was. Between the dirty room, moldy-smelling AC, stained sheets, filthy floors, and poor customer service, this stay was completely unacceptable. We would not stay here again or recommend it.
