Nice staff and place

Location, cleanliness and value Confusing system for asking for a room clean. Apparently, you have to inform reception the night before, but because there was no sticker in the room saying this, we missed two days of room clean.

I only had a piece of toast but it looked like there was a variety of choices that would make anyone happy. The attending staff member was kind and helpful! It smelled very musty in the building and in my room. The level of cleanliness was disappointing, the grout in the bathroom was disgusting.

The staff was great. Very helpful! Room was clean. Room seemed humid. The AC unit has a dry setting. That helped a bit. We would go back !

I loved the location It had an odor when you first walked into the hotel, the hot water didn’t get hot one morning, the refrigerator leaked, one of the comforters on the bed had a blood stain, and one of the TV’s didn’t work

The employees at this hotel were awesome. We had to move rooms because the first room had a questionable amount of staining on the pull out couch and the front desk was very understanding. Nice breakfast. Convenient location.

The housekeeping service was average and they only cleaned our room once for an eight night stay. I’d expected them to clean every three days and had requested cleaning on the seventh day we were there and the housekeeping staff ignored my request.

The bed was so comfortable that if I woke up, I could fall asleep again right away. The breakfast was hot and good. The pool looked clean and I wanted to get in, but the timing was off for me to try. The showers were clean and beautiful. Water flow was excellent. Breakfast area was very popular so both waffle machines were busy the entire time. But it was because there were several families with kids in each family using it. It wasn't a big deal as there was plenty of food choices and I really did not need to eat any. They just smelled so good!

Hotel smelled awful, our room had water leaking on the floor, the couch/couch pillows/chair were filthy, I wouldn’t let my kid sit on it, it was that gross. They had no other rooms available. The room was damp. Would not stay again.
