Super 8 by Wyndham Germantown/Milwaukee

Very clean, nice staff. Difficult to get to property. Kind of dark and a little sketchy people. Fine for one night we only slept and left.

The toilet didn't flush very good. The TV remote was broken. The light in the bathroom would take a few seconds to actually turn on. The fan in the bathroom was too loud.

Better than many Super 8's I've stayed at. Nothing fancy. Decently clean.

The sausage gravy was cold and the biscuit was half frozen. The room the room was clean and the pool was little but nice.

Room was good. Sink didn't drain well. Shower was rough working. Service is awful. 3 weeks out and still waiting for a refund from overcharge. Booked and paid online through a 3rd party. Then I get to the hotel and the clerk charged my card again for the same amount. Have tried several times making contact with hotel, with no luck. Reached out to corporate, they told me to email the info over and somebody should be in contact with me. Still no luck. Sad. Knew I never should have given this place a 2nd chance.

Quiet and clean. Everything was wonderful.

I loved the front desk rep when we checked in . He was super nice. For the it could have been a little cheaper in price.

The room was mostly updated. The bathroom could have been better, and some of the towels I had were dirty. Luckily, I had my own towels with me.

Cool

The owners are kind of rude who work during the day. But the evening staff is fantastic. Everything is clean. As well the best hot tub in the German Town area. I stayed a couple years ago when no other options were available. I have stayed 2-3 times a year since.

My canine and I had a wonderful stay!! Good to see coffee in the room!! Nice amenities, solid breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy plus waffles, etc.). Very nice heated pool and whirlpool. It was our second stay here and we will stay here again in the future!

It’s stinks

Pool and hot tub The beds were horrendously uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and heard neighbors snoring all night.

The bathroom is very small and had a very noisy fan. The hot tub was closed and my grandson couldn’t get into the swimming pool with a pass. Breakfast area was not stocked and had no permanent employee working in the area. It was like they were out of milk, out of yogurt out of biscuits and eggs. One type of coffee. Two types of juice. The breakfast area was only open till 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the hotel and our the room were OK.

Breakfast was very good tasty. Hot tub needed to be warmer. Indian lady wasn't super helpful she wouldn't help me with doing a load of laundry for detergent.

Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.

The pool The fact I had bugs in my room and had to get a new room. Plus I left a day early and didn't get a partial refund yet.

It was quiet, very close to where we were going and close to good food for dinner, then breakfast.
