BUILDING ALREADY SAW BETER DAYS AND IT BADLY NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL.

Place is old and rooms in bad shape. Just a place to sleep.

Terrible hotel!

You get what you pay for .

They told me they couldn’t find my reservation and charged my card 5 days later, found out from the nearest gas station they will sell your room to long term rentals

Cons: The common areas smell like urine and weed. My room smelled very smokey as well. The room was clean, but the bathroom door was severely damaged. Other occupants were noisy throughout the night. Pros: Relatively low price Close to the downtown whitefish bay area Free and available parking

Nasty nasty place, pill bottles in the room, bed was broken and suck in, under the bed hadn't been cleaned in probably years, mold in the bathroom, reeked of mildew and weed. Didn't even stay in it the second night because the first night was so awful.

Toilet flooded right away, mold everywhere

The location . The staff was rude, the facility was dirty, one of the beds was broken, the mattresses were stained. The whole facility was in disarray. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the lobby 3 times to get my key to work. The receptionist showed no signs of apology for the inconvenience to me. Worst stay ever.

Nothing The staff were rude. The room was dirty, smelled like mild, unswept floors, bathtub was filthy, wads of hair, bathroom door had no latch, bathroom door had a large hole, there were 2 junk piles by the front door, and 2 different people swiped a key and opened our door. The lobby sitting area was blocked off with yellow tape and smelled like cigarette smoke. We checked out on Saturday instead of today. The pictures on the website are not showing the truth of the place.

Just not very clean

Quick check in. Lovely staff. Convient location.

There was literally a random intoxicated person (crackhead?) in the room I was assigned. Insane. It was too late to go somewhere else or I would have. The security guard even asked for a description of the person. Nice surrounding area too but I don't think I'll be staying here again..

It was dirty. No sheets on the bed. Dirty everywhere. We moved to another hotel.

It was temporarily sent with style of season, weather made it feel better Unsured
