Nice and quiet

Super clean and great staff!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options and everything tasted good. The breakfast attendant wasn't very friendly, but she at least kept up with everything. Although the hot tub was filled and hot, we tried turning the jets on and only one jet worked. The pool was nice though. We would stay here again.

Really nice setup in the rooms. Would be nice if the pool was open later than 9. Great service. Staff was amazing. Cleanliness of the room could have definitely been better, wasnt gross or anything but think the cleaning crew needs be a bit more thorough. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would probably choose them again in the future.

Loved the breakfast buffet, plenty of different options to ensure even the most finicky eater would find something to enjoy. I visit this area occasionally, this is by far the nicest accommodation I’ve found over the past several years and reasonably priced as well. Overall, I’m very happy I found this place and I look forward to returning!

They were behind on maintenance and landscape maintenance. The rooms had not yet been updated to this century. The exercise area is not worth listing as an amenity. No dumbbells less than 30-lbs. No room to workout. Three treadmills crammed together. No worth your time. The food is not at the usual level from this chain. I am not sure how you can get eggs to taste like dishwasher soap. The biscuits were stupid dry/hard and not edible. I will stay at the one in Oconomowoc next visit. That one is excellent.

Was only there for 6 hours and they charge me $250 for insdentals

To top it off, someone pulled the fire alarm at 1:30 am. We were unhappy enough that we left after 2 nights, even though we had payed from 3. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

Over priced and rude staff at desk

Our room had a small area by the bed that was wet and the floor soft like you could fall though it.

A staff member named Jeremy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with omelets, bacon and cube potatoes with the usual waffles, yogurt bar, etc. The laundry machines were complimentary. We would go back.

Will definitely stay here again!
