Nothing Room was falling apart. There was mold everywhere. Biggest ripoff ever

First room had a mystery stain on the ceiling second had filthy towels and a stained bathroom sink. Highly do not recommend

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and believe I am entitled to a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the room provided. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor that persisted throughout my stay. Instead of feeling clean and welcoming, the room felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. Very disappointed with this , and the bedsheets were stained, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with visible stains, discoloration, and signs of inadequate cleaning. Overall, the room felt unhygienic and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The condition of the room was far below what was advertised and expected. Based on my experience, I believe a refund is justified and would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. To make matters worse, police officers came to the property around midnight and knocked on doors, which was extremely stressful and disruptive. This was particularly upsetting for my elderly parents, who were frightened by the disturbance in the middle of the night. The incident made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about the safety and security of the hotel environment.

For the money a good stay.Rooms are dated and in serious need of a makrover& deep clean....questionable residents

I notified the front desk about a clogged toilet. I was told that maintenance would take care of it. They unclogged the toilet, but left wet dirty towels on the floor.

So let me begin by saying- No I did not contact the front desk about my room, nor was I concerned about getting my money back. I just wanted to leave! I am sharing this because people need to avoid this place at all costs! The reviews are crazy! People are either appalled or absolutely in love with this place. There is one reviewer named "Eric" who gives it the same exact 10/10 each time he stayed in 2 weeks (there were at least 2 or 3 stays). All the 10/10's really boosted the 1/10's from people sharing photos of how bad their stay was. The owner Dirk bashed the bad reviews and people. (yet another reason I did not care to speak with the front desk). The Inn had an average of 7.2 The carpet and the desk chair were badly stained. There were very weird stains on the ceiling. There was a very nice white pillow case over my yellow pillow with a blood stain. The bed whether it was a mattress pad covering the bed or the bed itself (it was a memory foam mattress and they do sometimes have zippers) looked like someone tried to tie-dye it with coffee and "stuff". The bathroom sink was so pitted it was rough to the touch. Whether it was stains or mold on the bathroom ceiling I cant say for sure but my husband's 1 allergy is mold. He started getting stuffy while there and cleared out within an hour or so of leaving. Yes, could just be a coincidence 😉

Good location. Mostly quiet. Comfortable bed A bit dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly.

Check in was very easy the room was pretty clean but it is an older building and it needs some repairs especially in the bathroom it looked like there was mold and the floors didn't look clean in the bathroom I wouldn't take a shower in there overall for what I paid I guess it was okay would I go there again no

Unfortunately, the negative reviews of this place are accurate. It's very dirty, the fridge leaks water all night so the carpet is soaked, there are burn holes in the bedding, the room was certainly not smoke free, the toilet kept running all night, the chain lock was missing, the deadbolt lock was vandalized, the peephole was stuffed with toilet paper, the desk chair was badly stained, the carpet and flooring were sticky, and the cups appear to have been re-used (the packaging was open on them). Hotels.com attempted to contact the establishment both that night (after their closing hours) and the following morning (during their open hours), but did not receive a response until well after we vacated the property for another hotel at our own expense. The hotel refused even a partial refund, even though my primary complaint was the room not being smoke-free, which triggered breathing issues, but we didn't realize how bad it was until after the night clerk went home (we checked in within a half hour of close). Before Dirk or anyone else from the motel responds to this: yes, we did contact you (via Hotels.com), and no effort was made to fix things.

The power went haywire. In out all day. When finally came on only half the room worked. No A/C microwave doesn’t work, and fridge stopped working. It’s been 2 days, and my floor is wet from fridge.

The price on a Saturday and no deposit. Mold in the bathroom and sink area ( room 213 ) and on the ceiling above the bed.

There were rooms with boarded up windows. Broken down cars n the lot. Just a nasty place Besides the fact we booked 4 rooms total and they had to scan the card 4 times instead of just using simple math to get the total. -100 stars. The pictures about this hotel were completely false!!! I have never wrote a bad review for a hotel stay. I get it you pay for what you get. But the reviews and pictures were total fabrications. Do not stay here!!!

Consistently helpful, everything is as expected for a lower cost hotel/inn. I stay whenever I'm in the area -- and like Cheers "Everybody knows your name" after a few stays.

Ke fob wouldnt work with no staff was stuck outside and was yreated horribly and yelled at wwhen i asked for compensation.

Rooms always have beat up and dirty furniture

I did not take detailed notes or pictures because I simply wanted to leave. But at the same time, if I don’t say something nobody would know there’s a problem.
