avid hotel Oak Creek by IHG

I asked for a lower floor and close to the elevator or exit door. I am disabled and had to walk an extreme distance, and they could not accommodate me.

Very clean rooms, nice property, very helpful staff. Will def stay again.

This hotel is very, very nice. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, great breakfast.

There wasn't any soap in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. The mattress was concave. Stop buying cheap mattresses that don't last. Teach your maids to flip the mattresses over. They need to sweep the floors and not just change sheets and put in clean towels.

The breakfast WAS free, so that was nice. The scrambled eggs were good; the meats were burnt both days. The coffee machine was great!

Clean,modern, easy to find

I travel a lot for work and by far one of the best hotels for the price I’ve ever been in. From staff to just simply the clean smell of the entire property. I wish I could give more the 5 stars

Large black ants were discovered crawling under the comforter of one of the beds. New accommodations were denied, partial refund was denied, and all calls to the general manager of the property went unreturned. Poor cleanliness and poor customer service.
