Great stay. Room was very clean. Though there as traffic outside, I did not hear anything in my room. Great variety of breakfast foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I’d have no problem staying there again or suggesting them to others.

10/10 … I highly recommend anyone to stay, you will not be disappointed.

Clean room, nice area

The entire experience was simple and convenient. Breakfast was a very small buffet but simple. Complimentary coffee was great. Coffee machine grinds coffee for you so it’s fresh. Very clean. Room I had was clean but looks, again, simple and minimal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym is small, but who would work out on vacations?

Clean rooms

The room was clean, staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious. They had fresh coffee and cold/hot water available 24/7 in the lobby which we enjoyed immensely. Overall, it was good. It was the little things that I was struggling with. They only had a microwave in the lobby and many people struggled to use it. I used it but then it wouldn't turn off when I was done, it just kept going. We tried out the pool, indoors and it was COLD. We did enjoy the room with all its windows but it would have been much better a bit warmer. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. 4 of those days, there were 2 green M&Ms in the hallway right around the corner from the elevator. I haven't traveled and stayed in a hotel in YEARS, so maybe things have changed, but I had to request washcloths! They didn't come in to straighten up. I got a text asking how things were, I had to request washcloths and the cleaner heard me talking with my travel buddy and dropped some off. She dropped them, fresh sheets and towels on the bench in the room. No straightening the room, no putting towels and washcloths in the bathroom, just dropped on the bench. Again, the hotel was good overall, but the little things bothered me greatly.

Thank you for honoring our request for a upper level room in a quiet corner away from the highway. Perfect room and location for a well needed respite. Very quiet atmoshpere, excellent cleaning of the room and set up. Our only issue was the air conditioner and thermostat as we attempted numerous times to adjust the blowing of cold air through out our stay. We also called the front desk and attempted their solution. Lobby area was welcoming and open. As it was our first time not sure if there was a business office or space to have for work space. Breakfast offerings were adequate for those needing to grab and go or quick bite before heading out. Coffee was superb.

The staff was great! There was an issue with the key maker and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the guest were knowledgeable of the situation and very accommodating.

Hotel was clean, well lit, safe. Just what we were looking for. We did not use any amenity spaces or have the continental breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and amazingly quiet. Looks brand new!

Clean rooms and great breakfast

Although the room was not the largest at that rate, I perfectly met our needs. The hotel was quiet, well-maintained and clean, and breakfast was always ready when we were.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even the kitchen staff. Our room and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. There's nothing negative i can say. It was all good!
