Comfortable beds, clean facility, lovely staff

We had a great experience, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. I wish I remember the name of the girl at the front desk the nights that we stayed ( Sep 25&26) because she was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much and we will definitely stay there in our next visit to Milwaukee

The breakfast was great. Room was very clean and well supplied with "kitchen" stuff. The location was hard to find on my navigation system. The crying baby in the nearby room kept us awake for several hours.

The room was clean, had a full kitchen set for cooking. Including dishes, pots/pan, toaster, silverware! Breakfast was good! Had lots of seating!

I am still waiting for a refund from Booking.com. I arrived at the reception, but they claimed they couldn't see my reservation; after some back-and-forth with the clerk, we went to look for somewhere else to stay—yet the next day, I saw that the hotel had charged me for the booking.

This was by far the cleanest and most well stocked hotel suite we have stayed in- staff was friendly, lots of parking good breakfast!

The front desk staff, both of the gals I interacted with were pleasant professional, and they seemed happy. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the Mexican food side of it. It’s nice to see a change. If I’m ever in the neighborhood, I would stay here again

Perfect stay for a girls weekend. The room was so spacious for our group and we appreciate the full size fridge/freezer. Breakfast had such an amazing variety with healthy options. We also had a ton of fun using the pool. Staff were all very kind throughout our stay!

Clean and great location

The room was nice, and spacious. The water was hot, which was nice after a long day at work. The location was easy to get to. We had been in the area working for an event. We wanted a place to sleep, a place to shower. Most important was sleep. Check out time was 11. At 8:15 AM, housekeeping was trying to enter our room. We were both very shocked to see someone trying to enter because we were sleeping and exhausted. We thought the check out time was 11, so we don;t know why housekeeping was trying to enter so early. We were unable to go back to sleep after that and had to drive the rest of the way home exhausted and irritated. That completely defeated the purpose of spending $300 on a hotel room. We should have just saved the money and driven home to sleep peacefully in our own beds, without being woken up.

Wonderful staff. Location is great for us. Clean rooms that are roomy. Good burgers in the restaurant. The beds are not as comfortable as other hotels. They are hard. No cushion. My hips hurt after a night of sleeping. This could be a reason we go elsewhere.. not comfortable. Also room was so humid there was condensation on our glasses and towels would not dry. Wet room 433 Also our bedroom TV had to be repaired several times. The remote would not control the tv.. At all. No volume control, no on and off,
