The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. AC worked very well on my room on third floor but not as well on the room I had later on the first floor. The toiletries provided smell amazing! Even when a local convention filled the hotel, it was well organized and not noisy. Everything from check in to parking while on my trip (less than airport!) to checking out was very well done. Every staff person front desk to housekeeping were quite nice.

Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't really enjoy the pool and fitness facilities. During the times I tried to use them, there were children playing and the areas were quite busy, which made it difficult to use the facilities for their intended purpose. It would be helpful for the hotel to better manage these shared spaces so all guests can enjoy them comfortably.

First floor room (expedia deal) - very damp, humid and ac fan is configured to turn off after about 15 mins (found hack on youtube to run in continuous mode - it should honestly be a room amenity). Room was cleaned once during a 5 day stay - was supposed to be cleaned 2x; had to get my towels, disposed of my own trash. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Fitness center - small (2 treadmills, a free weight set, couple bikes - 3 people in the room made it crowded). Pool closed on first day of arrival. Our hotel stay just a day earlier was at a Home2 Suite which was so much better! Things like filling a water bottle- that was not an option in their breakfast area ( had to use fitness center).

Usually a great place to stay but too bad one rude front desk person can ruin your stay and they know I stay there often 😢
