Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Milwaukee Airport by IHG

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's easy to find and in a central location for those wanted to go both north and south for events/shopping. The staff were efficient and friendly. The property is well maintained. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. They certainly offered something for everyone. We didn't use the exercise room or pool, but our room window looked out to the pool area and it seemed very nice. The exercise room was larger than some I have seen as well. The only thing I found odd was there was no working exhausted fan in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue.

Could not get a shuttle pickup. Hotel phone out of order. No one answered. Also Maintenance issues.

The A\c don’t work to good

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The lounge area had various options for relaxed seating. The breakfast area was well organized and maintained. Fresh ground coffee was an unexpected bonus. They offered a variety of food and beverages for purchase. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, cozy, and clean. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like that the hotel staff could control (other guests were rather loud at times but not to the point of warranting a complaint).

Nice suite with sofa and tables. Comfortable bed and nice double-head shower. No breakfast included.

Nice hotel

-We arrived and checked-in on Sunday 6/21. The room was ready and we unpacked and left to have dinner with our friends. -When we returned later that evening I noticed that the sink drained slowly. -When we used the toilet the next morning it almost overflowed and would not flush. -We informed the desk and was assured that they would have it repaired before we arrived back that night. -We arrived back that evening at 11 PM tired and ready to turn-in for the evening. -The key to the room did not work and required a trip to the front desk. -Upon entry into the room there was an odor which we soon realized that nothing had been repaired and the toilet was still full of now smelly waste. NOTHING was repaired and the the bed was not fixed. -When we went to the front desk for assistance we were first informed that they did not have a repair man on staff. -We then were informed that there was no rooms available. -I asked the desk clerk what he would do and he responded that he would call his manager and handed me her card. (Wendy Soto) wsoto@wiscohotels.com. -It is now 11:30 pm and the clerk said he had some rooms but the A/C did not work. -Since the temperature was in the low 60's I asked to take the room and probably did not need A/C. The property was very clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, coffee excellent. However, the room was quite humid and the air conditioner was insufficient, which made sleeping difficult. Also, the plug ins next to the bed were worn out, so the plugs didn't stay in the socket.

The room is very clean. Breakfast is just okay.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good.
