Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Milwaukee Airport by IHG

The breakfast was really good and the hotel looks nice and friendly front desk and breakfast staff and I love it’s by Burlington also too shop

Sorry breakfast was not open when we left or food available when we arrived.

Decent hotel. Needed a better ironing board in my room, but not many people use those any more

Very good shuttle. Thank you

Re not bad

Decent facility. Clean with a very nice pool especially if you are bringing young children. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not the nicest area but a good value overall. Breakfast was adequate, the coffee is an automatic machine, which was awful, but the rest of the breakfast was standard and the staff was working hard to keep it clean and well stocked. Would return.

Good

Nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff. We really liked the breakfast, fresh pancakes! Thank you. 😎

clean and quiet

Wonderful breakfast with lots of options. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked very inviting.

Exceptional

For the past 5 years we have stayed at this hotel every year in September. This was one of the better stays. With an exception of constant stomping and running of numerous kids up above us, it wasn’t bad. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping was kind. Front desk lady and guy were kind. The shuttle gentleman was very nice. This was definitely a good stay this year. I’ll see you guys again next year around Labor Day

They need to have a sign in the room that tells how to work the window shade. It works by remote control which isn't even by the window.

The evening male staff member who checked me in and the AM female staff member were superb. Both helped me as I made changes to my reservation to accommodate a friend with accessibility issues. The AM staff person offered an upgrade that made the stay much more comfortable and relaxing. Both seemed to sincerely want to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Older hotel but updated and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good and had lots of selections

1st room smelled like people had been smoking weed all day every day for months and I didn’t want to get hit with the deposit for someone doing that so the nice guy behind the counter moved me…but hot tub jets didn’t work, looked like diarrhea on the carpet down the hall headed to my room…my room smelled aweful…breakfast was same stuff served multiple days in a row, for a hotel on the higher end I expected more. The pool is super shallow, so if you want to swim laps this is not the one for you. Shower had almost no power, had to flush toilet multiple times with almost no paper in it….would not stay there again

Love it

enjoyed

Air conditioning was rattling all night. Continental breakfast was below average. Very little hot water until shower turned cold!

Love the place
