The staff did everything possible to make it happen but it was impossible because there was not clean room available at check in time. The room was not clean afterwards, poor building conditions, AC was broken; overall it wasn’t a good experience.

There were rat droppings and n the floor... is there any more to say? Fridge was flooding the room with melted ice. Worst stay ever we left

The Room was disgustingly dirty, the sheets bad stains that look like blood and I saw a total of 3 bugs. We checked in at 12:45AM we left by 1:03AM

the bed had yellow stains , had bed bugs . no extra toilet paper no microwave & the check in staff was rude .

The room was dirty, with ants in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling and the carpet between the beds turned our feet black. The beds were scraps of wood put back together somehow. Under the mattresses they had holes drilled or cut into them all over. The most bizarre thing I've ever seen.

I checked in at 4:pm. First off there’s a deposit that you won’t find out about until you get to the property. I changed rooms 4 times. First room, the floor had about a inch of water, second room tv didn’t work and sheets on bed had stains, room 3 tv didn’t work, lastly room was decent enough, at that point I was too tired to care. Police have a heavy presence. Third shift staff was seen handing a cop every customer copy of our ID’s and our room number, I have a video of that. Police ran everyone info that was parked there and I’m sure ran everyone name. I didn’t know I give up my phone right when I stay at a hotel! Also, with that many police, it was a lot of sketchy things going on at 2:am. Safe to say I survived and won’t spend another dime with this hotel chain

Air conditioner was busted and leaking all over the room. The room smelled bad like a wet dog

As soon as I walked in the room all I could smell was a strong odor of smoke, I instantly called the front desk and raised concerns about the strong smell of smoke in the room and notified the staff that I was allergic to smoke and could not stay in that room. I was moved to a different room which I inspected to make sure it was clean. The sheets were dirty with hair, and what appeared to be blood and seamen, the floor was also dirty throughout with hair and sticky stuff. The lamp, desk chair and ac were covered in rust. The arm chair had tears all over it. The lamp cord was covered in dust. The flooring had gaps in it. I refused to stay in a room that was so unclean. I went to tell the front desk attendant and he was smoking in the lobby, right after I had just told him I was allergic to smoke. I asked to be refunded, but he told me I had to call Expedia. I spoke with Expedia and they said the property would be the ones to refund my stay. I ended up having to drive for a few hours at 11pm to get home. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. In the State of Wisconsin it is illegal to smoke in hotel lobbies. This was very unprofessional of the staff. I have pictures of all of these things as well. I would like to be refunded the money I spent for a service that was not provided and for the unsafe conditions.

The light in the bathroom did not turn on would occasionally flicker but not turn on. The door handle to the bathroom was barley attached to the door which had a big hole on it. The ac unit was busted in did still work.

Location is safe, with several higher rated hotels on the same block.

No fridge, Only got 2 towels for 3 day stay and asked for 2 more after first night. No maid service. We got by ok. Quite slept good. We needed a budget stay and it met our needs.

It was nice and quiet. Needs more towels the bathroom was clean but looked dirty.

Gem in the rough

I promise you, you do not want to stay here. We got room 123 and it was digusting. All the fixtures were falling apart and when I went to check the bed I moved the fitted sheet and all you can smell is animal pee. The floor was dirty and the room smelled like mold, pee, and i don’t even know what else. Asked to be switched to a different room and got moved to 111. The moment we walked in it just wreaked horrible, worse than the first room. That’s when I called Expedia to get a refund because I honestly could not stay there. I’m still trying to get a refund from the red roof inn/expedia. This isn’t even a place where you want to just sleep, don’t do it.

AC unit was broken and didn't work. No refrigerator. Sink was busted up.
