Red Roof Inn Milwaukee – Airport/Oak Creek

Very bad experience… no soap water was dripping the ac was horrible no microwave the chair was all ripped I’m sorry but I have nothing nice to say first time traveling was a ripped off could even was my hands because it was broken thank god I took my own soap and shampoo 👎

This is a very old outdated property. They have no microwave no refrigerator in the room or on site for the guest. There was no ice machine. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The chair, the bed covers, sheets and mattress had cigarette holes in them. After driving for a few hours to get close to airport I needed a place to sleep so I had to stay the night otherwise I would have kept going to a different hotel/motel! Will not stay there again!

Place smelled like bleach, sheets didn’t look clean, cigarette burns on the comforters, pulled comforters back and an empty condom wrapper came flying out. This was a last minute booking for state fair weekend. We ended up going to Walmart and buying our own sheets, comforters, and pillow cases. We were told we were only allowed one roll of toilet paper a day for 4 people. Dealt with it as it was a place to sleep.

This was the WORST experience weve ever had dealing with a hotel. Do Not Stay at this hotel. Due to unfortunate circumstances we were not given access to our prepaid room. Then we were not issued a refund for a room we never used. This is theft and or fraud.

Location was good The tv did not work properly and the ceiling light couldn't be used because when on the lights kept flickering drove me nuts, so unscrewed 2 bulbs and one was working!

The rooms were not clean. Terrible maid service. They took the dirty towels and didn't replace them. The air conditioner looked like it was beaten with a bat and barely worked. The sink faucet was falling off....The place is skechy at best. The only reason we stayed here is because Booking.com overbooked our original hotel and we needed two rooms for our group. This was our option within our budget. All of the hotels upped their prices due to the state fair going on.

I had recent surgery and I made two stays for this hotel and come to find out there is human poop under my toilet that I didn’t see. I have an open wound. I just left and no body will help me. I still paid for it. I should get refund.

The staff did everything possible to make it happen but it was impossible because there was not clean room available at check in time. The room was not clean afterwards, poor building conditions, AC was broken; overall it wasn’t a good experience.

There were rat droppings and n the floor... is there any more to say? Fridge was flooding the room with melted ice. Worst stay ever we left

No free breakfast is super wack

Location, location, location Needs better fit and finish. What I mean is the housing of the air conditioner was badly busted.

The toilet didn’t work the sheets had stains on them it was hot and muggy in the room it was just not clean.

The Room was disgustingly dirty, the sheets bad stains that look like blood and I saw a total of 3 bugs. We checked in at 12:45AM we left by 1:03AM

the bed had yellow stains , had bed bugs . no extra toilet paper no microwave & the check in staff was rude .

Both rooms were absolutely disgusting. Wasn't clean what so ever, flies flying around the bathroom. Food all over the ground. These rooms look like they havent been cleaned in weeks/months. I had to sleep in my car on a no refund when its your guys responsibility to have the rooms clean for thee guest.
