They found some simple ashes in the room wasn't even from us and was told we couldn't come back. Very inconvenient

Looking at little run down at property. Treadmill in advertised "fitness room" has half a track missing. For safety reasons probably better to just remove. Kids in and out of hotel with bikes in the hotel....assuming they may live there. One peeled an orange in lobby sitting area and threw peels on floor.

Breakfast was decent it would have been good to have bacon some time. Location was good it was near a lot of stores and food places The hotel needs to clean it's carpet each room have a small I had to go buy carpet spray to kill some of the older. The fridge needs to be painted and the bathroom cabinets needs to be cleaned better.

We had a horrible trip. The website said that we would have access to roll out beds. Staff was very rude. The tub stopped up and didn’t drain for showers… you had to trade in dirty towels just to get enough towels for all of us to shower. Overall it ruined our trip!

The bathtub was horrible and it drained slowly. The side door was not locked anyone could walk in. The first night there was police there. The tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work

Everything with our day was amazing. Front desk was so nice during our stay. The hotel was in a very conveniently location. Breakfast was good.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room had a very funny smell, the carpet felt dirty, and the bathroom needed a lot of work. The tiles on the floor were loose and the shower head leaked so they tied a wash cloth around it. The funny smell made it very hard to enjoy the stay.

Cracked tile in the bathroom with grout falling out between the tiles Couch cushions badly worn, outer film on vinyl covering was peeling off Mold on window frames Handles on refrigerator were badly worn One closet door was missing We would have changed hotels but there was a race and convention in town. We make frequent trips to the area to visit family, we will not be staying at this facility again. There are other much better hotels nearby. Unfortunately, with a race and convention in town rates at other hotels were 2-3 times normal.

It’s close to downtown Milwaukee. The suite room was very spacious and I like there’s a washer & dryer onsite Our toilet seat was very loose. We told the front desk but no one ever came to fix it. The breakfast is repetitive - eggs and sausage patties every day The sofa bed had bunch of stains in it
