Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Milwaukee Airport, WI

The staff was fantastic. I thought the woman that did the night desk. Her name was Alice handled a drunk situation. Fantastic the gentleman that checked us in not only checked us in fast but made sure our rooms were close

They are going thru construction....my room seemed half new and half old. Did hate the stay, didnt love it either. I usually find other Country inn and suites to be nicer if i'm being honest.

Good staff, but physical condition was not great.

This location was very close to the airport, they offer shuttle services free of charge. The location is very clean, the staff were very friendly, the cleaning crew we're friendly as well when ever we needed fresh set of towels after a soak in the hot tub and indoor pool they we're friendly to give. We had stayed here 2 nights with my service dog, who never once gave me any issues with. I do want to point out just one thing. The details to the rooms in the website needs to be worded differently. We chose a suite that had a King size bed that looked like a 2 bedroom apartment we were 2 families and thought this was the best option offering 1 king size bed in one room and a queen in the other. When we got to the hotel the room had a king size bedroom and a nice living room with a separate living room area like in the picture yet it was a sofa bed queen size style. We were a bit uncomfortable because we did not have privacy when changing clothes or getting out of the shower freely. Other then that everything else was 👍

Fingernail on the floor, missing the back of the remote (only one remote for two different TVs in the suite) with dead batteries. No towel racks on the wall in the bathroom, missing hairdryer, only one bar of soap to both shower and wash your hands with, every wall in need of repair.

Room was clean , hallway was not. Carpet on the hallway was very dirty. Customer service was great. Overall was a good experience. The only thing I didn't like was that they have no supervision on the pool area, kids are on the hot tube making it impossible to relax.

The convenient location and the familiarity since we have stayed there before. It has a free breakfast and shuttle and the staff is very nice always. First of all, the first floor is all closed and I never heard anyone working on it while I was there. I wanted a suite to have privacy between the room and the living room area. My room was missing half of the door. There was no body soap for the shower and only one tiny bar of soap for the sink and the shower. We went out and bought our own. The hair dryer was busted and had to ask for a hand held one. The cleaning is every three days and not enough towels and only two small garbage bins. The pool doesn’t open till 10:00, which is rather late to use and start your day afterwards. So, never was able to use it. The juice machine in the kitchen was out of service. Then they had these tiny Dixie cup size cups for the water, orange juice and lemonade jars.

Pool bleached out my expensive swimsuit. It was dirty --- hair in the shower, grime all over. Would not recommend

Proximity to airport. Could feel the springs of mattress. Made it tough to get rejuvenating sleep.

Place was just off the freeway and close by the airport. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was so-so. Waffles were adequate. The other hot food though...meh. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The hotel is updating rooms. The drapes in my room were stained. A new sink in the bathroom but the rest of the bathroom need tlc. I really needed a place close to the airport for a shower and a bed.

Microwave was not clean. Did not get to enjoy any breakfast because it was very crowded and lots of children. Did not get to enjoy the pool because it was very crowded, lots of children and it closed early.

This hotel was ok and served its purpose. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend.

Working out in the morning is such a important part of some people's lives that it's surprising that your gymnasium only opens up at 10 a.m. in this hotel.

Needs to be updated

Staff was helpful getting the shuttle to airport, staff noted cleaning parking area, breakfast was good. Building is being renovated. Pool/hot tub closed at 9

Everything was wonderful! I wish breakfast ran just an hour longer ❤️
