The pool was not working

Room was clean, breakfast was good which the ladies were constantly cleaning amd refilling anything empty, pool and hot tub was clean. My only downfall was that there were 4 of us in a 2 queen beds and only 2 sets of towels and the one staff didnt wanna give us more but if you have 4 ppl and 2 beds I think more towels would be instant. Other than that we loved our stay.

2. They never came in to change the towels or take out the garbage. 3. One day they had no milk or yogurt for breakfast.

Beds were great and comfortable. Hallway and pool was gross.

The staff was pretty helpful they explained everything when checking into the hotel. They also have signs up so you can know what and what not to do also the times are on the signs for when things open and close. Over all my stay went pretty smooth 😊

Staff was amazing. However, the hotel itself was another story. Poorly maintained and extremely dirty. ALL of the carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy. Also, no smoking rules and regulations were not reinforced, absolutely stunk like marijuana.

The hot tub was out -staff didn’t let us know prior to check in. Plug ins didn’t work properly throughout the room. The light in the bathroom was a strobe light versus a heat/fan. I had a reservation for 2 night only stayed one abnd didn’t get my money back from neither the hotel or expedia as they both blamed each other.

Ok stay will do the basics but nothing spectacular. Not the best at cleaning rooms and don’t offer services daily you have to request. Staff is mixed bag some are great some suck . This place is decent but a crap shoot most definitely . Gym also closes to early pool is cool tho .

Pretty run down and not the cleanest.

The bathroom fan did not work, there was a spider, there was a set of fake eyelashes on the bedsheets, they ran out of everything for breakfast and did not keep up on refilling the juice dispenser or cereal dispenser. The hot tub jets did not work and the pool bleached my swimsuit! There was also a guest a couple doors down from us that was very loud and I believe being evicted at one point but came back!

Didn’t like anything . Room had roaches . Pool will burn your eyes from all the chlorine !

The staff was fantastic. I thought the woman that did the night desk. Her name was Alice handled a drunk situation. Fantastic the gentleman that checked us in not only checked us in fast but made sure our rooms were close

They are going thru construction....my room seemed half new and half old. Did hate the stay, didnt love it either. I usually find other Country inn and suites to be nicer if i'm being honest.
