Cons: Kind of dark and not very updated. The guests were also a bit loud and no one watched their children at the pool.

The room itself was spacious which is nice when traveling. But it could have been a little cleaner. There were spots/gunk on the walls which was a little off-putting. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. We did use the pool and hot tub which were in good condition, and there were towels by the pool to use. I was hoping to use the workout room, but it felt cramped. And the weights started at 25 or 30 pounds and increased from there. If there had been lighter weights, say a 5 lb, an 8lb, a 10 lb and a 12 lb, I would have used the room. We looked at the breakfast set-up and grabbed a quick cheese omelet to go in the morning. It looked well-stocked with cereals, waffles, omelets, potatoes, sausage, and juices.

Nasty I woke up to a bug in my bed I went down downstairs to the front desk. There was very rude very disrespectful. He said he was the manager.

Steven/Stephen (not sure how his name is spelled) was AWESOME! Very professional and kind. Bed was VERY comfortable and we LOVED the fact that we could turn the A/C down where we wanted it instead of it being regulated at 66 or above. We understand that the hotel is going through a renovation, but our shower did not stay on the shower head, it kept falling off (it was a plastic handheld).

Pool, breakfast There isnt a clock radio and the lamb between the beds did not work.

The pool was clean and rooms were very clean The staff was beyond rude. From check in and check out. Asked for a receipt when I checked out at 8am and the lady told me I was not “allowed” one since I checked out before 10am. Are you kidding me?!

Room was clean, breakfast was good which the ladies were constantly cleaning amd refilling anything empty, pool and hot tub was clean. My only downfall was that there were 4 of us in a 2 queen beds and only 2 sets of towels and the one staff didnt wanna give us more but if you have 4 ppl and 2 beds I think more towels would be instant. Other than that we loved our stay.

How dirty

Nice size hottub. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Fan in sitting room didn't work. Shower curtain didn't fit properly leaving water all over bathroom floor after shower.

2. They never came in to change the towels or take out the garbage. 3. One day they had no milk or yogurt for breakfast.
