Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Milwaukee Airport, WI

Staff was pleasant. Accommodations did not meet my standards. This hotel is filled with mold. Mold in the AC unit, mold in the bathroom. Boogers and snot on the curtains. There was staff to clean, however, they clearly missed a few things. I ended up complaining of the mold in one room due to asthma and an immediate flare up of allergies + swelling of the tongue, restricted breathing and tight throat, intense headache. After my complaint of the first room, I was then transferred into a different room that had the same problems with the addition of an old bloody booger that was left on the curtains. While I was given the key to the second room, I'd left some belongings in the 1st room that I was assigned. When I went back to retrieve my items, I noticed that a cleaning staff had gone in and "cleaned" the AC unit as if to remove evidence. I'd already taken pictures though! I have attached before and after pictures.

Feeling very unsafe especially threats being made by people that roomed near us.

We loved our room and staff was nice There was a lot of cigarette butts outside and also coffee had grounds in it our remote didnt work

I didnt like anything about the place the staff was so rude disrespectful.. The staff and how dirty the place was the breakfast bread was filthy and we checked in at 10pm and they sold one of my room and wouldn't give me a refund

When we arrived on site, the staff was nice. During our stay, we had the constant smell of illegal substances wafting into our room so we left smelling like it. A low price might be what you are looking for, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The room initially looked clean and remodeled but after looking closer we discovered it was not. The couch in the room was broken, we discovered a nose ring on the floor which was disgusting. The bathroom floor looked clean at first but upon exiting the shower, our feet were immediately covered in dirt..Needless to say we will not be booking a room here again.

Construction was going on, no clean towels for second day stay. Bed sheets had stains on them and no available blankets or quilts. No phone in room to call for room service or anything else and the carpet in the hallways was filthy. WON'T EVER STAY AT THIS FACILITY AGAIN.

CI’m nvenient to the airport. The room was pretty large. There were several of areas of the hotel that were closed off under construction, but we did not see any actual construction taking place. The floor of the elevator was sticky. There was an obvious vomit stain on the carpet very near to the elevator on the 3rd floor. The bathroom counter was not very clean. The paint inside the bathroom was in bad shape. The bathtub drain cover was loose.

Room was clean, hot tub worked great no complaints

The property is being renovated. I am sure the place will be better without the dust and construction debris.

Everything was perfect I liked everything to the rooms and to breakfast

It was clean employees was friendly pool and jacuzzi was nice.. Nothing nagitive to say.

Excellent service. Kinda dirty due to remodeling work going on. Satisfied overall.

What I disliked about our stay most was that room service sucked. The rooms we stayed in three nights and our room was not cleaned at no time. We had to ask for clean towels and we had to set the garbage and towels outside the door. I don't think anyone should pay the price for a room and can't get your room cleaned not one time. I love staying at the Country Inn and Suites and there has never been a time that the rooms were not cleaned and beds made with clean towels. I asked the gentleman clerk to clean my room and he said they only clean the rooms every three days which is absurd. I will never stay at the Milwaukee location again. I don't want to stay some place that breeds germs and endure sanitation.

Comfort Inn & Suites was comfortable and clean. It was relatively quiet. The breakfast staff was particularly good. The facility is a bit rough around the edges, with renovations in progress. It did not affect my comfort.

Stephon at front desk was very professional and friendly.
