Staff was friendly The beds were so hard, we do go down at 4am to catch a shuttle to airport and saw 10 police officers in lobby dealing with some of the customers who Made issues for the hotel - I felt some of the customers were on under the influence I probably would not stay here again due to the client of the customers staying at the hotel. Staff was friendly and nice

They cancelled my room claiming it was “overbooked”.

The calm quiet environment. When you walk in it looks like luxury and smells like luxury. Or bathroom had hair shaving all over the floor, behind door and toilet. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to reclean the bathroom, but after she left, the hair was still behind the door and all over the floor..

Hotel was old. Bathroom sink was leaking. Towel rack fell down and the door to room didn’t close unless you shut it very hard and apparently others had issues going on as well

Police were called to our floor. People were fighting and pepper spray was used and got into our room. Our room was right next door to the altercation. From 2am on myself and my wife didn’t get any sleep..

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean If you expect the number of people you bring to actually have access to a bed in this hotel, don’t book a king suite. We (2 adults, 2 teens) checked into a king suite with a pull out bed and basically dropped our things and left to go to an event. When I checked in, I asked if there were already sheets and blankets in the room for the sofa bed, since my booking very clearly indicated we had four people and would be using it. The person who checked us in told me that yes, there should be bedding in the room, but to let reception know at any time if we need anything. Upon returning around 1am we went to set up our sofa bed only to find out there was NO mattress in the bed! There were also no sheets in the room. I waited for 40 minutes at reception for another matter with other guest checking in to be resolved, and was given another room. This room ALSO didn’t have a mattress or blankets. The employee at the desk apologized profusely and told me he was new. He went and checked multiple rooms before he found one that was in fact capable of supporting four people like my booking indicated. It was well after 2am by the time we got into this room, and still had no sheets. Very disappointed as the least I expect from accommodation is that when booking a room with two beds, that it actually has those beds.

I use to go here at least once a year for an event and it has really gone downhill. As soon as you walk in the entrance smelled musty and damp. The free water was empty morning, noon, and night. I walked in my room the last night and saw a cockroach crawling on the night stand. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. The day I was leaving, the TV didn’t work. I called the front desk and they said maintenance would be right up. 30 minutes went by and I called again. The front desk said he’s coming right up. 30 mins later he said he had to stop at other rooms and is on his way. 25 more minutes goes by and he finally comes. He couldn’t fix it and said he would be right back and never came back. The only good thing was the food at the restaurant was served until 1am. I will never go back.

Hotel appears dirty. I went to sit in the booth in the lobby as well as the couch and they were stained and dirty. The tv remote was very dirty. Chairs were sticky with stains. I cleaned the table tops with wet wipes. Dirty towels were left in hallways

Old hotel that needs updates and better cleaning. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. We were disappointed.

Location Very old and dated. Didn’t run airport shuttle on day of departure.
