Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport by IHG

My room was very clean. Most of the staff but one lady was very polite pleasant to speak to. The only issue I had was for this to be a three-star hotel the pool was down I was there for about 5 days and did not get a chance to go swimming. The lady receptionist told me it has been down for about 4 years. So just because of the pool I will be booking my stay elsewhere so I can enjoy all amenities.

Exceptional service they provided a shuttle to pick us up from the airport for my college graduation, and the moment we walked into the hotel the staff was friendly and very helpful! There is also a Beautiful restaurant connected to the hotel that has delicious food and drinks served by a wonderful staff. The room was very nice. Yes we'd absolutely stay again!

I reserved a top floor balcony room. When I checked in the only adjustment I was made aware of was that the pool was inoperable, no worries at all for me. I pay for my room and get my key. When I get to the room, I immediately thought it was a minor mistake because the room was on the fourth floor and there was no balcony. I used the room phone to call the front desk to get some clarity, It was at that moment I was informed that the balcony rooms were not open to the public "because they are not safe". I was mad and irritated because this was for my birthday photoshoot and If I was made aware of this change, I would have considered other options. No one could explain to me why I was still charged for the balcony room but was given the room that is $100 cheaper. No apologies, sympathy, nothing. the stay was dry and uninviting. Absolutely would not recommend!!!!

Comfortable bed. I rated amenities as a 3 because coffee area in lobby was unattended so couldn’t purchase coffee or breakfast and pool was out of service, which they told me before booking.

I ordered room service it took forever to get someone to answer the phone finally someone pick up. I ordered it took forever, I thought someone would deliver my food but know. I called to see what's up. I had to go down to pick it up. Most places when you order room service they deliver it to you. Not this place. Food was cold and not good. The only thing good was the bed was comfortable. The ac was messed up you had to turn it way down for it to kick in. The price was good. Nut don't get food at the restaurant and don't order room service.

This hotel was a disappointment

The coffee machine wasn’t working. They didn’t fix the beds nor did they clean anything in the room

Not maintained

We were given a dirty room when we checked in. The dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, the bed had not been stripped, and the trash not thrown away. We were given a different room, but the key would not open the door. After going down to the front desk, three times and getting three different sets of keys, it still would not work. One of the managers gave us her key to use and said they would take care of the issue. They never did. We never got our own set of keys. And the next morning, not even the manager’s key would open our door. Also, the TV would not work and we had to call maintenance right away. Maintenance, however, was very helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the restaurant onsite staff very friendly and explained each menu item that we didn’t understand. Excellent customer service.

One of the staff members at the front desk went out of her way to be rude and unaccommodating because I made my reservation through Expedia. Everyone else was trying to be helpful but she kept overriding whatever the other staff member suggested to help, insisting that we had to wait no matter what.

Friendly staff. Rooms clean with comfortable beds. Ample parking.

Aloha was very helpful

We chose the hotel for the pool and it was empty of water and under construction. The shower drain was so clogged with hair that the water couldn’t go down so we pulled the drain out and a huge glob of hair came with it. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was broken. There is also no included continental breakfast. Overall not a great place to stay.

The curtains were filthy! One side of the curtain had a bunch of blood, boogers, snot and stains all over it.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Good location also.

I arrived with my son to check in and was told by the front desk there was nothing they could do for me, because they “were now overbooked.” When I asked how they could cancel a pre paid reservation, the desk agent told me that they got busy and had been cancelling 3rd party reservations all day to make room for direct bookings.
