Very clean breakfast was great nice area staff was amazing

The place is old and run down, you could feel the holes in the floor. Public space floors were dirty (actually, room floor was not clean either). Inside drawers had crumbs and hair. The sheets seemed clean, as well as the toilet and sink, so that was good. The donuts looked nasty and the coffee machine didn't work.

That you had a rude guest across the hall from our room because we had little kids and they were playing around and the guy said he was going to kidnap my little grandson because he was being too loud so that pursuit into a argument people need to understand that there are little kids that COMM and they are not quiet all the time and it was not after quiet time and it was not super early in the morning that they were making noise and the baby is only a year old

Clean room. Good air conditioning. Housekeeping was great. Thank you for helping make our time between places smooth.

It was a clean, had a microwave & fridge in room. No complaints. The breakfast was donuts & the coffee machine was down, which I drink tea and heated water in the microwave in my room. Not a lot of other amenities but the price was good and it was 1 night for me.

Switched rooms , then showed me how to work TV.

This review I’m giving is the Gods honest truth. The place was distasteful and should be shut down and renovated. Everything was broken down, furniture was beyond filthy Listen when I tell you, the bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned and the entire room smelled as if someone mopped up urine. Lobby was clean and the one staff helped as much as possible but she even wanted to quit. Housekeepers were nowhere to found and it shows. The price for the room made no sense because the place looks like an inside dumpster…The manager was rude because he was out somewhere, doing whatever non work related and had attitude because he’s unable to fulfill his job duties and his title. I hope someone report them to the state for an inspection. ASAP…DO NOT GO THERE!!

Great price for a place to stay during summer fest. Room, sheets and bathroom were clean. Had a mini fridge for “sodas” tv worked. Free donuts in the morning

Staff was able to quickly adjust and get me to the airport at 4:15am, which was helpful. Expect a place to rest and not much else.

The hotel itself was fine, but the amenities were lacking. Online it says they have a continental breakfast (the reason I booked there), but it's just coffee and donuts that are free, along with vending machines. They also only provided a big bottle of shampoo in the shower, one bar of soap for both your hand and body wash, and no conditioner.
