Nice hotel!

Moderately clean room with an odd smell, fitness room was completely inadequate, ice machines not functioning. Breakfast was all processed, pre-packaged food. It is a budget hotel.

This is an older building but we weren't looking for anything fancy. They don't clean the rooms. Everyday which seems to be the normal at a lot of motels. Good location right off the freeway. Breakfast was a good setup - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal and yogurt. Only negative was there wasn't much nearby for restaurants.

Good value. Older hotel but perfect for overnight arrival and departure. Its so close only 6 minutes from MKE airport. Bed and pillows confortable and it was quiet both nights. Get to the breakfast by 30 minutes before it ends since they didn't replenish items in the continental breakfast after that time. Had yogurt, bagels, cereal, 3 dishes of hot items and make your own waffles.

It was an okay experience

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Good mattress. Staff did a nice job and were friendly. Price was good.

Lacking signage at entrance, locked lobby refrigerator for overpriced beverages, staff couldn’t accept cash, keycards repeated needed reprogramming, poor breakfast selections (no fruit nor pastry, apple juice only, daily unappetizing scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes), minimal staff effort. I’ll pay a little more next time somewhere else.

Bed and bathroom were subpar. The breakfast was well below standards, no fruit or yogurt, only bland tasting eggs and sausage you need to load up with salt and pepper to eat.

Front desk staff was left wanting, but the maintenance and housekeeping were wonderful.

Lots of hookups near by

In the middle of the night around 11pm, my husband and I were both asleep (we had a one night stay only) when someone suddenly opened our door. Woke me up, luckily I had remembered to put on the metal dead bolt as our door lock latch above the door handle was broken. Someone kept ramming our door to try to open it, which did not open all the way because of the bolt. My husband jumped out of bed and yelled out “who is it?” multiple times. Whoever was trying to break into our room said nothing. I was scared out of my mind. I immediately tried to use the telephone in our room to call the front desk for help and found out the stupid phone doesn’t even work. I used my cellphone to call the hotel and got a woman at the front desk who kept repeatingly telling me she couldn’t hear me. I had to call her twice and she continued to act like she couldn’t hear me. At this point I wanted to call 911. My husband kept looking into the peep hole and said he wanted to go down to talk to this woman. We went down to talk to the front desk, it was the woman on the phone. My husband explained to her what just happened. I told her I was scared and did not feel comfortable staying there and was contemplating calling the police. The lady didn’t try to help calm the situation, she said-well your room says it’s empty and cleaned and she had tried to give our room to someone else. No apologies, no nothing, just turned away. If your safety and peace of mind is important to you, this is not the hotel!

Breakfast was pretty good

The place was ok but the breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with very few options available, and the same items were served every day.

Front desk clerk never got off her cell phone. She handled check-in while having conversation with someone else. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Overall it was decent. Your average 3 star, no lobby, no bar or restaurant. Could use a little updating.

Our room was on the third floor. The minute we got off the elevator, there was a terrible smell, something like a wet dog/musty odor. It could be smelled in our room too.

Nice stay at a reasonable price. Only issue was keys being shut off randomly, and I witnessed other guests experiencing the same issue throughout the stay. Otherwise clean, comfortable, nice staff. Would recommend.
