Pillows were awful..They were like shredded foam in a bag. Couldn't get the TV to work. Even the front desk Couldn't. The front desk person was awesome. The only issue is he was dressed like he was a maintenance guy.. would not stay at a micro Hilton again.

Checked in with Staff at the front desk and She was very nice but I asked for a non- smoking room in advance notice on Expedia and as soon as we entered the Elevator to go to the 2nd floor of Comfort Suites,You could smell stagnant smoke, starting there,arrived to the 2nd floor and as soon as the doors opened it was awful at the smoking stinch you could smell starting in the hallway as we walked down the hall to our room number and it took more than several tries to get into the room with the room key, once opened the smell was terrible of a smoking room, I understand they have no control of this but after calling front desk and trying 3 other rooms to see if they were any better rooms, it got even worse as we checked, we decided to stick with the 1st room and turned on the air full blast to try and air it out and then went and bought Lysol air spray.... We did however, get the clean fresh bed Linens we ask for in advance.the Bathroom was horrible, the stone tile in front of the comode was crumbling and the bathroom walls had peeling damaged walls But the towels were very Clean & White! it just was NOT worth the Price I paid for the rough night, on the bright side, the Breakfast was good which I guess, made the conditions of the hotel a little more tolerable or I was just really hungry, just know what the condition are before staying if you have breathing problems or just hate the smell of cigarettes, because its very present and doesn't go away But the Staff is Nice!

Very friendly staff, big clean rooms, excited to find out there was a pub on sight. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel dirty and smells bad,people living there wall paper pealing off the walls very poor condition would highly not recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast was bad as well highly disappointed

The room needs to be updated. The main door and bathroom door were dirty. One trash can had not been emptied and there were knats flying around. Ceiling looked like there had been a leak from the room upstairs.

I did not use the bar and grill they have put in the hotel. The pool is beautiful along with the court yard. It's an indoor out door pool with hot tub inside the indoor part that's separated by glass doors. My room was big with a king sized bed that was comfortable. Room had a desk with a couch and coffee table that over looked the pool and court yard. Also has 2 grills outside with a picnic table. The hall way had a odor to it, not sure what it was, maybe Indian food. Curry.. 2nd floor. Someone burnt toast at 1 am and set off the fire alarm. Fire fighters showed up quick to shut them off.. Staff was very nice. I didn't eat any of the breakfast, I wasn't up in time for it. Plenty of parking.

Staff was nowhere to be found except for the front desk, walked into the room and the toilet flusher was broken. I had to remove the back top half of the toilet and pull up on the plastic inside to get it to flush, rooms were not properly kept clean with stains, hair, and other visible signs on linens and pillows that it was poorly maintained.

Somewhat outdated and run-down but I saw renovations occurring.
