could use an update. Tile missing from the front of the tub and insert could be updated. The room, hotel, and sheets were clean. Stayed here 2yrs on a row and it’s close to the highway.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, immensely. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy with nice pillows. We all had a restful nights sleep. Had breakfast in the morning and went about our day. The staff is wonderful; they are professional, friendly, accommodating and they smile. The breakfast was good enough to keep a person going throughout the day. My grandsons also enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the room. Parking was good and we were able to get up front parking as we came and went throughout our time there. All in all it was a great time for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s affordable and the coffee is really good.

The hotel says pet friendly but the ladies working in the day shift are actually very angry to see animals and will find anything or any reason to charge you more money. They are rude and was scoffing and talked obviously about me in front of my son in the lobby while he was waiting for me to come down. I would have been better off getting a pet sitter for the amount I had to pay. And even at the end of our stay I made sure our room was clean. It was very obvious and uncomfortable how they were acting towards me and I kept saying I don’t know what they have against me. I was respectful my whole stay. But thats life you win some and then you lose some. I think they are good service and very clean. Just DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS.

The room smelled like feet and was very humid. I'm not one to make a fuss and I didn't figure there would be an easy fix, so we just opted to let it go. There was also damage to the bathroom ceiling from water leaks from the upper floor.

The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. Neither of us slept much and we both were in so much pain in the morning. The room was so humid that the sheets and carpet felt damp.

We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Our room was filthy. The carpet felt damp and the bathroom was covered in mold and mildew. The towels were stained with brown and black dirt and there was a huge pile of hair under the sink. There was a definite smell of mold. The pool was so over chlorinated that we could barely stand to be in the room. The main lobby was dusty and the floors were sticky. The same pile of dirt was in front of the doors all weekend. The staff was dismissive and unfriendly. Will absolutely not return.
