Be careful taking a shower, the floor is slippery. Staff told me to put a towel on the shower floor.

Our room request was honored, which almost never happens at other places. We received a voucher for repeat stay for percent off in the restaurant, staff is always helpful and polite and our room was clean and comfortable as usual!! The only thing I would suggest is reducing the parking prices. If you can walk a block and pay $11 compared to $35 it’s worth it. But we love this hotel and will always stay when in Minnie!!!

The floor that I stayed on had an awful smell. The room itself looked like it was cleaned in a rush; there was left over hair and crumbs on the floor and in the bathroom, there were spots and stains on the wall in the bathroom that looked like it could have been cleaned off and lastly, the pillowcases were dirty. And I know this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but I did not like the half shower door. It made a puddle on the floor and if you’re not careful, you could slip and fall.

Hotel room was clean. Front desk personnel was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was delish as well. The parking however was not...all parking spaces were taken so I had to park in the stadium parking...which was cheaper than the hoteo parking...so on the flip side I saved a few extra dollars.

Everything was awesome from the time we arrived to checkout.. Everyone had great customer service!

The room was a room. We slept nicely. The highlight of this hotel is the ability to use the skywalk to get to us bank. That is worth it every time.

Waste baskets full in lobby with liquid all over the floor. Kitchen closed at 9am! Parking was a pain. Had to park 3 blocks away in a ramp (their parking lot fits about 15 cars)

Close to the US Bank Stadium!

The hotel and staff were great. It does say pet friendly but doesn’t offer a good pet area. It’s a mulched area out back and some dogs (like mine) don’t like using the bathroom in non grass areas. Other than that issue was pretty nice :)

I liked the location, the room, and the lobby were all good. Refreshingly different hotel. Parking was not onsite so that was a minor hassle. I would stay here again.

The staff was awesome and very helpful i lived the atmosphere it wasn't ghetto the front desk was awesome it was very clean and sanitized I loved the bathrooms and there breakfast was to die for id recommend this hotel to anyone all family and friends the prices were awesome as well thank you for making my stay so pleasant

Staff was friendly location was great loved red theme Kept finding long strands of Blond and Brunette hair in the bathroom and bed. I’m not caucasian.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. I traveled with a small dog, and I definitely appreciate they do not charge an extra fee, which contributed to my decision to select this hotel. I was not disappointed and will be staying there again. Elektra, bartender, was great as well so grab a drink from her when you’re there and also check out a place around the corner called Off The Rails. The hotel is also located right around the corner from the US Bank Stadium light rail stop, which is a convenient perk and an all day pass is five dollars. I definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Minneapolis.

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wonderful place to stay!

Didn't know until I got to the location that I had to pay $35 a day for parking, no garbage bags in the trash cans for the room so I had to keep bringing my garbage to the trash can by the elevators and the fridge you have to turn on every 2 hours just to keep food cold so you're forced to wake every 2 hours during the night just to make sure your food doesn't spoil.

Great staff, spacious room. Nice area of town. Very close to local transit and the stadium.
