Mattresses were comfortable but the pullout couch was not comfortable at all. The couch itself was not that comfortable to sit on and watch TV.

Parking was a bit of a mess because there was a major wedding event clogging the surface level parking spots and blocking the underground area. However it was very easy to access everything else in the area! Beautiful location. Fun area. And my kids rated the breakfast 10/10! The staff were awesome and kind. And the egg white frittata was delicious!

The rooms could use some sprucing up. They are adequate but they are a little musty and have signs of wear such as cracked tiles in the bathroom. The staff are fine although you rarely see the same person twice.

Freezing cold pool. Maid service once in 10 days. Had to often go beg for extra things like garbage bags, towels, etc. Sirens, gun shots, and a pipe bomb (yup, you read that right) all throughout our stay. The pics online had the restaurant and firepit appear like it was part of this hotel, but it’s the neighboring one and not welcoming to us. $18+ to park a day as an “extended stay”, which is crazy because that should be for non-extended stays. The breakfast was not a large offering.

Location was great. Staff was great. Mattress was comfortable but very high off the ground. Entire hotel showed some wear and tear but was clean: kitchen flooring was warped and planks were loose, hvac unit located in closet in bedroom was a bit loud but did keep it cool, the microwave had loose/repaired handle, sofa had upholstery damage on one corner, the hallways were very warm. Very, very strong air freshener perfume in the room. WiFi was good for remote work.

Being renovated. Nice room only probably was the shower water never got hot. It was warm. I’m guessing this is due to renovations being made.

The staff was truly spectacular here. The rooms are average sized but for the price, they need to be updated. The parking garage is very easy to navigate and spots were always available. The breakfast was good and coffe me was hot. The location was also great.
