Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis West/ Minnetonka

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast plentiful. Easy parking. Staff friendly. Currently remodeling entrance and checking area. Signage could have been better but we figured it out.

I usually book my hotels with cleanliness being a top consideration. This one fit the bill...everything was clean and new looking. Included breakfast was a nice touch, and the hot food portion varied slightly daily. (Eggs, hash browns, pork, bacon, biscuits/gravy etc) Lots of other continental breakfast options. Lots of parking. Only issue but not worth taking away a star for is the shower doors are very hard to open/close...I was in room 417 but assume they are all the same.

This is a security matter - anyone can wander in and out, using the stairs and elevators with no one keeping any tabs on who is coming and going.

We had a nice stay. Only negative comment would be that bath towels were quite small and thin for a higher end hotel.

Room was very clean. The tv remote not working, front desk did help somewhat. Had to try several plug ins to charge my phone.

The only disappointment is the bed needs to be replaced. The sheets were old also. Great location and easy to find. The breakfast was really nice also.

The mattress for the fold out bed was much akin to cardboard

We really loved this hotel! It had a great breakfast and we really enjoyed the huge room and amenities!!

Good shower, good breakfasts, comfortable bed. Adequate parking.

Very welcoming checking in. We had a trailer on back of truck & told where to park it. Only 2 miles from a surgery center I was going to. Nice big room. Needed more cookies

Hot breakfast was excellent! There was a wide variety of hot and cold options.

The lady managers were all helpful and hospitable. In particular I found a Black lady manager to be above and beyond in helpfulness, humor and kindness. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name, but she worked on day shifts while we stayed there. All was well, nothing negative.

Basically everything was good Not enough drawers to unpack your clothes.

The beds were comfy. Breakfast/pool times were very accommodating. Our shampoo bottle was completely empty.

Great location, it was near all the places we needed.
