The dining room staff (at least at breakfast) is very friendly but the food is not very varied and not that good. The bar service is the worst, you can be sitting and being ignored even if they pass by you or see you sitting. I would not return to this hotel

Very good, clean and comfortable

Close to the city

My husband and I needed an affordable place to stay during a work weekend . I booked site unseen. What a beautiful, classy place! The staff was friendly and professional. The brass railings and glass elevators made us feel like we were living in style! The food was divine! We will be back very soon!

The hotel was wonderful, the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with alot of hot and cold options. When we got to the hotel there was no room service so we ate at the dining room, the abiance was nice, but meals were small and very overpriced. The area was nice and quiet. I would come again. And would recommend.

Great location to shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Staff was friendly

The restaurant was terrible. Charged us $21 each and the food was disgusting. No ice machine on the floors. No way to watch Netflix or any streaming.

This was an unpleasant experience from the start. I booked a room through Expedia, showed them my confirmation, but they couldn't find it. So they put me in I guess the only room they had, which as an ADA room. The facility and room were run down and way out of date. Other guests were complaining in the elevator. They did not have room service. You had to go down to the bar to order food, and sit and wait there. There was no closet, just a small open area with a bar to hang cloths. No supplies to speak of in the bathroom (Q-tips or cotton). I had left over food plates in my room that they never took out in the 3 days I was there. I will definitely NOT be staying at a Sheraton again.

Clean room, nicely renovated but the toilet leaked and no water pressure in the shower head. Gym was decent and location was perfect!

The property was in a good location. Quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool was very clean. Enjoyed the service of the breakfast staff and the bartender Doug.

We had a great experience here. Their computers were down when we arrived and the staff was very apologetic. It only meant that they needed a few more minutes to check us in but they gave us some meal vouchers as an apology. The staff was always very responsive. We also loved the hot tub!!

The room was decent. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. They do offer breakfast vouchers which was nice. I was then off that they have their own parking lot for their property but I still had to pay to park. I also didn't care for the TV. The channels offered sucked and they didn't have a smart TV which made it even worse. I really like that other places offer smart TVs so I can log into my apps.

there was a rubber glove found on the floor of my room, the toilet leaked. I had to turn the water valve off, just to not hear it.
