We’ve enjoyed 2 stays at this hotel. Would choose again with no hesitation!

The breakfast buffet was cold. The hotel room we stayed at had only cold water in the shower and flooded the bathroom so we had to change rooms. We did not get compensated for the error of placing guests in a room where there had been complaints about the shower previously. It was a cashless hotel. They gave you a bag of ice with no freezer in the room. The air conditioner didn't work unless you set it very low.

All staff members were very rude and unhelpful and there were some strange people hanging around the property. We are Bonvoy members and were treated like dogs. We should not have to pay for this crappy room.

Watch out got charged for smoking in my room and do not smoke. It is a scam and of course manager does not return phone calls. They say they have sensors in rooms if they do they do not work. Stay away.

The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. I did not have breakfast as it was extra. The TV didn't work properly and most channels didn't come in.

There were a few bugs in the room. The customer service was good over the phone. When we arrived, my son attempted to check us in, the night person was dismissive to him. When we went down for an early checkout, and were walking up to the desk (about 5am). She looked up at us and walked away and did not return, even as I called back, “Good morning.” As I was going back to know on the employee door, she came out. I requested a receipt and she offered a snack as an apology. Not the experience I expected.

Location was great for me plenty of options close by for food and shopping. Nice room and easy in and out

Nice breakfast but everthing was cool or barely warm. The butter wouldn’t even melt on the hashbrowns or waffle.
