Self service breakfast was good because I prepared my own meal

Beds were cozy Good location to stay Bathroom not as clean as I liked Mold around shower tub area

The only thing we would suggest is investing in more comfortable pillows and beds.

The room was musty and smelled bad. The ceiling had clearly experienced water damage which an attempt to paint over failed to alleviate. The bathroom door would not close due to a bent upper hinge. Black mold was visible on the shower ceiling. Though we were there for four days, our room was not serviced once. Oh, almost forgot, the front desk attempted to assign another person to the room while we were present. Fortunately, the safety locks were set and they weren’t able to gain entry. Worst hotel stay ever!

Receptionist was nice and helpful, but when we got into our room- noticed the lights were completely dim. It stunk. Was checking the bed and the whole boxspring was split in half. Will never stay again.

Bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the ironing board/iron. Shower ceiling drips 24/7 and is moldy. Sofa chair is filthy under the cushion.

Nice staff, decently clean, good location.

The Bad: the parking lot was half lit, complete darkness on the NW side of the property. The ugly: our room was outdated, even though the appearance on the outside and online photos did not show that. Our shower/bathroom had black mold on the caulking. Peeling paint on the ceilings. The bed/pillows were lumpy. Linen was clean. The lighting fixtures were not secure to the wall. There were two mini fridges though. Odd but nice. The window seal was missing and I suppose the maintenance person though flex seal tape would hold up. It didnt. The worst of all was the room smelt of those nasty Abercrombie Fitch brown sugar maple glaze candles. The smell also persisted and did not leave despite have the window open. All in all. After having the conversation with the front desk the day of our departure they would've been more accommodating. However, I wasn't in the motel longer than I needed to be so that is on me. But the reveiw will remain to warn others the stay might not be up to par.

Clean and standard room. They accommodated my pet easily and breakfast was pretty good.

Highlights would be the staff and the breakfast was decent. This was our second time staying here and I should know you get what you pay for. The rooms are very musty, almost hard to breathe. There is mold on the air conditioners. We got in after midnight and dealt with it this time, the first stay was way worse and we had to move rooms. The door didn’t open with the key and after a few attempts it literally “popped” open like a can of biscuits (#238) my son figured out the handle was on upside down, had to push it up to open instead of down like normal. Overall the bathroom was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. We did sleep fairly well, also exhausted, but I wouldn’t want to breathe the musty air in that room for another night. The curtains were also pretty shredded. Just not well maintained.

Not what I wanted exception

The room we stayed in smelled musty! Appears to need some up dates on bathroom door, curtains and windows washed. Staff was very pleasant. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor. Sleep.

We had problems with our key entry system even after asking for a new key. The bathtub faucet was dripping all the time. The curtain was ripped. The ice machines on the 3rd and 2nd floors were not working.
