We have stayed here several times. We have always had a good experience except this year. This year was not good. Shower was dark and soap canisters were unattached and did not operate. One elevator ceased to function.

Our TV didn’t work. Breakfast was marginal. No bath mat or grab bars in tub shower. Place was tired and needed some updates.

Hotel is run down. Breakfast was set up on a collapsible table and one of the guests had to hold the surge protector button to get the toaster or microwave to work. Holes in the wall of the lobby. Rooms were rundown. The staff at check-in was extremely nice and helpful though. Felt bad as I’m sure some of these items were out of their control. Corporate should do better for their site which is in a pretty affluent neighborhood.

The chlorine levels were too high and 2 of our 4 children got chlorine burns. They did nothing. The juice machine was broken, milk was the only beverage option (not even water). They did nothing. Crushed chips everywhere in the hallway carpet. Individual packet of Advil were left on the floor in front of our room and slipped under our door, which is great for small children to get their hands on. The ONLY reconciliation they offered was to refund me for the DOUBLE CHARGE they scammed me for when I arrived, by telling me I hadn’t paid for my room when I already had. They wouldn’t reimburse for either room despite having several health department, and safety violations on the grounds. Luckily, my hubby is an electrician and local firefighter and the appropriate people have been notified. This place need La to be shut down.

Secondly, the breakfast was unacceptable. There was one waffle maker so I waited 20 minutes to make two waffles for my toddlers. The juice machine was broken and the only other beverage option was milk. Some people cannot drink milk; which would be my family. No coffee, no other juices, no nothing. No sign on the juice machine either so guest after guest walked up to it confused what it wasn’t working. Thirdly, and most concerning was the pool. The evening before the light fixture came loose and was dangly freely in the water; STILL LIT. This was an extreme concern for myself and my significant other who happens to be an electrician. We removed our children immediately. The manager of the hotel came to the pool, looked at the light, and walked away. Didn’t close the area or anything. Also- our kids broke out in a severe rash head to toe from the pool water. I would love the chlorine levels in the pool- it looked like burns and the air was so harsh it burned our eyes, we should have known it was dangerous when we walked in. This place needs to be reported. I’m sure there’s multiple codes they have been violating.

The room was filthy. The desk clerk did nothing to help us. We were supposed to stay a few days and we stayed less than 12 hours.

Did not clean the room but every 3 days. Second day had to ask for clean towels. The 2nd key would not unlock the room. Could not shut off tv because it was an ordeal to get the remote to work

Property could use some updating, cleaning, and general maintenance. Staff was very pleasant.

I liked the location and price We got there at 4 and they couldn't find a clean room for us. At bedtime the hallways were so loud with people running and screaming, this went on for hours. Our pull our couch bed had no sheets or blankets so I had to go get all of that so we could use the "second" bed. That mattress needs to be changed. It is so thin.

I probably won’t come back as the pool area was dirty, anytime you went to the front desk nobody was there. They left a sign that they would be back in 10 minutes.

The tv in my room didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty, the main room wasn’t all that clean either. The room number across the hall from me was written in sharpie on the wall…check in want available on time…just a really poorly run hotel that they are clearly not investing any money in upkeep in…Will not be staying there again.

The hotel is not clean. Housekeeping is bad.

The motel is going down hill. The rooms were not clean and promised cleaning every three days did not happen.
