Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis West, MN

The property as a whole was nice. The few interactions with the staff was good. They were nice & helpful when needed. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner kept the room very cool. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. The only complaint would be the slow drain in the bathroom. The sink & tub drained very slowly causing a backup.

The hotel is easy to find and very cute. the staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was well kept and enjoyable. Close to food/the highway for ease of travel. Room was comfortable. really didn't have many complaints, road noise could be loud at times, and other guests were loud on occasion.

Telephone in the room never worked and no one tried to fix it. I had no cell phone.

The property was not up to expectations of cleanliness. Also, you could hear and smell everything in your room. Multiple rooms smelt like smoke (marijuana) when passing by when you have a no smoking policy, so I would expect better.

The room was ok. Chipped paint and paint peeling off walls. Bathroom was “surface clean”. Door keycard did not work after one use…this happened 3 times. Hallway carpeting was stained. The stairwell smelled like urine. Overall, it’s a roof over our head but it’s unfortunate that the place wasn’t clean so it wasn’t easy to relax and enjoy the time at the hotel. Positives, staff was kind and the parking is free and it’s connected to a great restaurant.

The breakfast was good, the restaurant next door was outstanding. Bathrooms needed repair on toilet, showers and windows. Beds not the softest nor the pillows.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The staff went over and above! The facilities were clean but there were 2 roaches that I killed in our room.

Location was ok. Breakfast was ok but I’ve had better. Mattress in the room was flat. Needed to be replaced

My room was not cold when temp was down to 60, but room was clean and great breakfast.

The worst hotel experience I have ever endured. We did not stay. I want the rest of my money back from booking.com The reception desk was awful. The place was a mess. A terrible awful experience.

Breakfast was good! The shower was broken and I was unable to shower/bathe. The elevators were broken down for a few hours and there was a smoke alarm that went off in the middle of the night with no explanation from staff when asked.

The hotel was filthy. The room. The hallways. Marijuana use/smell out in the open in the hallways. Clumps of hair on the floor of our room when we checked in.

Good location, liked the restaurant next door. Room cleanliness could have been better. Missing soaps, towels from bathroom at check-in. AC was and and set to 60 degrees, very uncomfortable at check-in. Dirty/stained comforter on one of the beds. Breakfast was light and not hearty. Need more/better food.
