We had a first floor , queen bed reserved through booking dot cm. When we got there they only had a 3rd floor 2 double beds available. The room smelled like cigarettes and was foul. It was an outside steps and snowing out. We declined to stay and they supposedly refunded my card. He gave me a receipt showing that the card was refunded. It has been five days and I still have not seen my credit. What a horrible experience . Had to drive back to Duluth Mn that night on treacherous roads. Not sure if I’ll ever reserve a room through booking . Com or Red Roof ever again!

Nothing Dirty floor. No soap. 2 towels. Had trouble finding a room that was acceptable.

Felt very private . The front desk employee was very helpful . He had to give me a different room the keys didn’t work . It was very cold out . So he met me at the second room and me being a women by myself and it was late I felt completely safe with him. Doors bed and bathroom need upgrading .

I pulled up to the Hotel and there where people in the parking lot screaming and yelling from the balcony, there was a guy peeing in the parking lot. Absolutely disgusting. I left and didn’t end up staying but I ended up paying for the night. I do not recommend anyone booking this place.

The convenience of having our own door The floor were dirty, and the blankets idk if they were changed, but they looked stained. There was too many people outside their room, and just hanging out, it made me feel unsafe. The outlets next to the bed did not work.

Next time I would search more for those that provide breakfast , and are in the same price range.

Proximity to Target field and pet friendly. Guy at front desk was really nice Dirty sheets on the bed. Tub was stained. Door latch was broken. Unable to get towels

Nothing. Room was dirty. Filled with flies or gnats. Front door (facing the outside) didn't seal. There we open gaps. No need to guess how the foies and gnats got in. Bathroom door wouldn't open fully due to bulging in floor or other stlettlemnt.

Bed was comfy. Tv wasn’t working and the lock was janky

When I initially walked in everything seemed okay until we started checking the bed for bed bugs. As soon as we let the bed down sooo many fruit flies came out of nowhere. Staff was nice about switching the room but it was the same thing with the other one. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

Didn’t see a breakfast area. After the dirty room wouldn’t have tried it. Room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled terrible from smoke. Toilet didn’t stop running the whole time we were there. Very loud location as people left and dragged luggage over cement sidewalks right outside our window.

The first room we got, had no heat and the door wouldn’t lock, so we got a different room..this one was fine, clean comfortable…it had a microwave, little fridge, which we didn’t need…but it was nice to have available. We didn’t realize we had to use outdoor elevator, and walk outside to get to our room,,,it made us uncomfortable..looked like a “shady” place.. once inside I put a chair by our door..
