I absolutely adore Miss Maureen, she was by far the most polite and helpful person there. Always has a smile on her face and we talked as much as we could when we'd see each other. Also Mr Lacy, such a gentleman with great stories... my only issue was the wash room, those front washers need to be cleaned every week or mold builds up, we had to go to the actual laundry mat to wash clothes

This hotel is fine if you need somewhere affordable to stay. The staff was friendly, but when I noticed there was no soap stocked in our room and the shower gel dispenser was empty, I asked the front desk for some, and they told me it would be stocked later that day. When we returned to the room, we learned they never brought it. The bedding was clean but the pillows smelled musty. There is little sound proofing so you hear everything anyone says in the hallway from your room.

Wasn’t very clean and bed was kind of outdated

Whenever playing hockey in the area, I always choose this hotel! Rooms are spacious, couch is comfortable, and the kitchen area is great!

The hotel is under exterior renovation but it did not affect the ability to enter and exit the building. The interior is extremely clean and well cared for. The room we were in was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean quiet and new. Up to the Hilton standards.

Overall, things were good. We were only there two nights, so didn’t need to do any cooking. I had leftovers from dinner out, however, and in placing them in the fridge, I discovered it was barely cool. Also affected was the freezer… I had freezer packs from my cooler that I placed in there, and they were completely thawed when I left.

This hotel was recently updated which is good. No more stinky dirty carpet. New carpet. Fresh/new wallpaper and furniture in rooms. It is a nice re-fresh.

Cleaned the rooms every other day. Slow WiFi. Room was nice. I like the full size fridge and dishes. The breakfast was terrible but it’s free. A little loud from the dogs barking

Parking especially late was difficult, mixup charged us twice and had to correct it the next day, room was ok but food from previous guests was left in the fridge and dirty dishes in the room dishwasher. Breakfast was slim for 8:45 on Saturday morning

I loved that they did not charge extra for a pet.

The hotel was conveniently located by the Hockey Hockey rink that we needed to get to them every day.

The only snafu; I called several times to secure a double queen bed room as when making reservation via hotels.com this option wasn't available. The reservations desk kept advising me to call back the day of arrival and this could be "potentially be accommodated". When we arrived we noticed that several rooms on one side of the building were under construction & that was never communicated to us via the numerous calls to the hotel directly. Seems to be a major disconnect when booking online versus direct w/hotel.

Clean updated room. Great breakfast

We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!

Wonderful experience. Loved the mini kitchen.

The man who checked us in went above and beyond to welcome us and have a conversation with us when we arrived.

From check in to check out...zero reasons to complain. Lacy was super helpful when I arrived & always greeted me with a smile. The room was clean...comfortable & quiet. Definitely staying here for the next meetings in town.
