Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis Plymouth

The room was lovely- clean and spacious. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable for the kids. We all agreed that they breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we've experienced! The pool was also great. The only downside is the hidden parking cost- $10 a day seems ridiculous and it's hidden in the fine print of the hotel's description online. I was also never told the cost when checking in. Only discovered it when checking the cost discrepancy between what I booked at and what I was charged.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and courteous. The closet in one of the bedrooms appeared to have had water damage and looked like it had been 'painted over' rather than a "real fix". The kitchen floor was also a bit 'bubbly' as it appeared to have had some water damage previously as well. Only other issue was that there are not enough trash cans for a room holding 5-6 people. Maybe provide bigger or more trashcans........... Lighting is also strange, hard to tell which switches turn on which lights AND some switches go down to turn on lights while others go up to turn on lights - just a hassle.

Beautiful hotel, landscaping, wonderful staff, easy and personable check-in. Everyone was smiling and sincere. We got to our room and it was so spacious to accommodate our daughter's wheelchair. We had such a pleasant experience and will go back again in a month! Thank you, Marriott!!

Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.

Everything about our stay was great. One of the headboard sconces had been “fixed” with duct tape, but that was the only issue we had. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.
