Comfort Inn Plymouth - Minneapolis

All good

The room we were put in had blood spots on the sheets/mattress, dirty socks still in the room, a water leak in the ceiling that leaked onto our things, and our only options for a “refund” was making an account with them and getting points on there. Canceled the rest of our stay with them and went somewhere else.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Good AC, quiet room, comfortable bed. Pool closed (the reason we chose the place), breakfast was terrible, no hot water in shower.

Room unfortunately wasn’t cleaned properly, food still in fridge, wrappers in bathroom etc. Property is in a good location, stayed before but is beginning to get dated with loud AC.

Very nice. Breakfast was good. Liked the place very much.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking adjacent to room. Location offered many options for retail and restaurants.

Hotel was what to expect. Other guest ... I don't want to look at your garbage you dump about and your unruly kids, other people exist!

The room had moldy buns on the shelf, and the tub wasn’t very clean. The pool was closed because of chemicals at the time but we didn’t try after the first day. The breakfast was decent but not very much variety.

The hotel keys did not work - had to get new ones 3 times. Told where the pool was, but it was closed. The lemon water container was warm and tasted moldy. Our room screen/glass door broken. Breakfast buffet-no eggs and syrup empty for waffles at 8 am. The lounge was nice - called Lucky's

We stayed 2 nights at this comfort inn. It is an older hotel that has been renovated probably within the last 10 years. It has been well maintained. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The room was super quiet. If I had anything to complain about it would be the low flow shower head. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them

The property was very clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Wonderful location, neat and clean, people at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The downside was the pool was out of commission and the showers are absolutely ridiculous, very little water 💦 pressure.

Unfortunately the pool was not working for our stay which is one reason we chose this location. They did allow us to swim at the hotel next door, it was just inconvenient and small.
