The room itself looked very comfy and clean. Looked newly remodeled. Outside the entire property was trashed. Overflowing every trash can. And Garbage laying everywhere. Curtains facing outside are dirty and ripped to pieces in almost every room you can see from D door. Just from the outside it did not look good and me and my husband were ready to leave, but inside the room it was muchhhhhhh better .

The place is a little old, but that’s the only thing negative and it doesn’t matter! everything gets old! Otherwise, everything else is great. I love how clean it is and how the sheets and pillows are so comfortable and the bathrooms are so clean! Cleanliness in the rooms and fastest service by the front desk

The whole hotel was dirty; they allow guests to drink alcohol and wander drunk in the hallways and at the hotel entrances. The computer center doesn't work, and the buffet is bad—eggs are served only on Saturdays, Sundays feature nothing but sausages, and the rest of the week it's just pancakes. The front desk staff is always on break; a terrible experience.

The sauna was nice The room smelled like smoke. The bed was uncomfortable. We could hear everything in our neighbors room. When we went to the hot tub, there were no towels. The security of the building was extremely poor. The outside door key card were broken so anyone could just walk in.
-
Poop on the walls, lock broken outside security doors we were told don’t work, ceiling tiles sagging, we decided to leave within 5 minutes of walking in the door, would not let us change rooms rude staff!
-
Room was not clean at all, lots need to be fixed/repaired ( thermostat, toilet paper holder, shower knob to name a few) Very poor maintenance overall.
-
Great staff helpful. They attended to items quickly when we had to request to help

Good value for a 1 night stay

Lesson learned. This was a bed and shower nothing more. I was a bit concerned that my automobile would not be there when I got up in the morning. There was NOONE at the front counter to check in, or check out.

The facility is madly outdated, there was construction going on without notice of disruption while you are trying to rest, when asked they said yes it will be about another 1 to 2 hours of knocking and pounding, which happened to be an additional 5 to 6 hours by the way. Continental Breakfast warm tray was empty and the space was untidy. The floor was full of debris by the room and the vent was coming apart. Was excited for the little getaway but disappointed with the accommodation, they may or may not have changed the linen as there was hair on the sheet under the blanket, there was no housekeeping until the day we were checking out is when they came and started knocking at 8am, then 9:30 and when i open the door she was all the way down the aisle. Even though at 8am i told housekeeping we are checking out today...

The pool My room had a lot of issues

***Buyer Beware--- The rules clearly state THE POOL IS FOR GUESTS ONLY. Which i thought was a bit strange. That being said. I really enjoyed my time we had a poolside room the only thing I would say is that access to the hot tub was really weird. You have to leave the pool area outside of a gate and then go inside of another gate to get to the hot tub so that was a little bit weird and it made it hard for parents with kids to enjoy Hot Tub Time because the kiddy pool area is so far away from the hot tub and there's a railing in the way.

Upon arrival, they didn’t have the rooms available that we booked. We had to put our suitcases on the floor trim in the midsole of the floor as it was sticking up 4 inches. The screws across the entire length of room were sticking up a good inch. The pool water was green/gray and could not see anything deeper than 6 inches. The hotel staff was rude when we asked what was going on. There was a man sleeping(?) at the bottom of the steps. Garbage everywhere. Honestly couldn’t tell the last time they vacuumed the floors.
