Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Plymouth

Bad

Close to our friends we were visiting Air conditioner didn’t work, tried several times, just didn’t work

I still haven't received my deposit . I'm not sure if it's cash app or the hotel . But they both blame each other.

Location. This hotel did not live up to the Ramada/Wyndom brand standards. The place is tired and rundown. There is some remodeling being done and the quality of the work is sloppy. The breakfast was not appealing; I did not bother to even grab a cup of coffee. This a non-smoking hotel and yet the hallways reeked of pot smoke.

Price Basement room was damp smelling

It's the good foods

Bathroom water wasn't running well and no soap or anything in the room. They also took my deposit and since then I haven't received it. Been calling no response

Okay

There was a plug for the bathtub. Water pressure was excellent. There was ice and a laundry room. It was a safe area. The check in and check out was great. The keys worked perfectly. The hot tub was very nice. Toilets worked. No mold. All these were serious issues at other places I stayed at close by. TV & remote worked! Super Nice Housekeeping Ladies! Thank you! Maybe not Quaker oatmeal because it’s sprayed with Monsanto toxins?

Poor

I liked how the room was clean and the staff was extra nice the whole experience was wonderful will recommend. I didnt like that some off the stuff need work, the pool is peeling paint. .what would make me come back is when you remodeled the pool.

The sofa and chair in the area outside the bedroom was just grossly filthy. Body fluid stains all over it. The A/C barely worked. Stuck in a hot room all night. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. No problem parking.

Bad

Really need general cleaning and renovation.

Worst

The room itself looked very comfy and clean. Looked newly remodeled. Outside the entire property was trashed. Overflowing every trash can. And Garbage laying everywhere. Curtains facing outside are dirty and ripped to pieces in almost every room you can see from D door. Just from the outside it did not look good and me and my husband were ready to leave, but inside the room it was muchhhhhhh better .

The place is a little old, but that’s the only thing negative and it doesn’t matter! everything gets old! Otherwise, everything else is great. I love how clean it is and how the sheets and pillows are so comfortable and the bathrooms are so clean! Cleanliness in the rooms and fastest service by the front desk

Superb

Renovated rooms Keys didn't work Police called Breakfast diff level Outside people noise Loud a/c Shady clientele Windows out in back Did not feel safe

The whole hotel was dirty; they allow guests to drink alcohol and wander drunk in the hallways and at the hotel entrances. The computer center doesn't work, and the buffet is bad—eggs are served only on Saturdays, Sundays feature nothing but sausages, and the rest of the week it's just pancakes. The front desk staff is always on break; a terrible experience.
