Nasty Trashy Unprofessional rooms bogus AC wasn’t working had to switch rooms sinks and tubs backed up never again

My stay was OK. The thing I didn't like was they charged me more for my dog than it stated on their sheet in our room. I wanted specify what was the charge and what was supposed to be according to their sheet but wasn't allowed here. They didn't wanted to hear about it or refund my money. And it's not Hilton that they are charging this much for a pet fee.

The beds were comfortable. But the air conditioner leaked all over the carpet. So your feet got wet whenever you went over by it. The phone did not work. And there was no hot water for the shower. Also there was hardly any channels on the TV to watch

Good price for the quality

Vandalism in the parking lot

Superb

Surprise 100 dollar security fee that’s on top of what you pay for the room, they say you get it back after 5 days but traveling with family this would have been a game changer had we not been checking in at 10pm with 5 kids. Also pool hours are not posted and pool didn’t open till 10am so this was disappointing for our small children too who wake up early

They need more cleaning and maintenance.

It was very bad 👎 😔..no good breakfast over there..the breakfast was suck..the hot tub was spilling water everywhere in the house
-
Appsalutly nothing, very disappointed No hot water. When I brought it up twice, the staff told me the manager will contact me and never did

The photos were deceiving in terms of cleanliness and how poorly maintained much of the hotel was. It was older and not well maintained, the rooms had no AC and the cold air was barely working. The pool area was old and not well maintained or very clean. Room were also mediocre in terms of cleanliness or upkeep. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Upon checking in, the front desk wrote my room number on the dashboard parking permit. I felt this was a serious breach of privacy and safety and asked for my room number to not be listed right on the front of the card that goes on my rearview mirror. Receptionist wrote another card with my room number listed smaller, but would not keep my room number off of the parking permit. Pool and hottub closed at 10:00pm on a Friday night, room door would not shut completely, and the hot breakfast was empty and didnt get refilled while we were in the breakfast area.

The young lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean and updated. Noise level was pretty good for this level of hotel The hallways are humid and have a strong odor from the swimming pool. Not all of the vending machines and ice machines were working.
-
Not maintained at all. Everywhere you turned something was broken. No glass on fire extinguisher case, broken door handles, carpet coming up in countless places, smoke alarm off wall in room, the handle on sink comes off, toilet seat not attached, mirror broken, garbage left in hallway, worms along our entire hallway floor, where there wasn't worms there were chunks of dirt all over. Needs a lot of work. Do not recommend.
-
The door lock was broken, foot rest for the chair was broken. The staff charged us $25 for a pet fee but on the rules in the room it says the fee is $10.

The entire hotel is outdated, in a state of disrepair, the hallways were cluttered with old material that’s been pulled out of rooms for renovation. People were laying outside of their rooms in the hallway on the floor talking on their phones. Most likely because the air-conditioning system was malfunctioning. The first room we were given didn’t have working air conditioner. The vending machines weren’t calibrated properly so the items that were picked, did not get pushed off the edge and were trapped with no way to get reimbursed. The TV didn’t work and the Desk clerk said that they talk to the TV company and they were working on it and should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. That was a bold face lie because there was no service whatsoever and was likely disconnected on a permanent basis or at least during the renovation. No one in the hotel had TV and when we woke up the next day, the TV was still not working. Basically I’ll never stay there again and I doubt I’ll stay at a Ramada Inn anywhere. When the hotel knows that things went out aren’t working, air conditioners aren’t working, televisions aren’t working, vending machines are stealing money they shouldn’t allow people to reserve a room.
