The hotel is you get what you pay for. It’s probably not the nicest hotel in the Minot area, but with the convention center it’s super convenient. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel and a bar in the lobby which is all convenient. The beds were comfortable and pillows were fine. The hotel room was still a little dirty. I found several crumbs on the floor here and there, and the shower wasn’t the best but it did the job. The WiFi was subpar at best and made it difficult to do work around the hotel. Some of the people walking around in the hotel I wouldn’t readily trust, but I had no problems with them either.

This isn't the fanciest hotel but the staff are as nice as could be. It's a good value for the money. The price is low, while the facilities are mid-range and service is excellent.

The hotel room itself was clean and acceptable, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was worn out and provided very little support, making it difficult to get comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. After a long day of traveling, having a comfortable bed is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, and unfortunately, this mattress fell far short. The mattress really needs to be replaced. A hotel can have a nice room and good amenities, but if the bed is uncomfortable, it significantly affects the overall experience. I would recommend that management take a serious look at the condition of the mattresses in the rooms.

The breakfast was great and is served 6-10am but at 10 on the dot they make you pick up your food and get out of the breakfast room so they can start cleaning up so be prepared and get there early!

Stayed at the end of May, room was not properly clean. Stayed at the end of August, toilet would not shut off and leaking on the bathroom floor from the shut off valve. Took 2 times for maintenance to repair after 2 complaints. The reason for staying it was next to racing event.

The room had a thick layer of dust and the headboards were dirty (we had 3 rooms) and they were all dirty... had to ask for the water to be turned on for kids to use waterslide. The guy working breakfast yelled at everyone to hurry up and get out 5 minutes before breakfast was even over. Safe to say we won't stay there again

Only complaint I have is that our fridge wasn't working but we didn't need it anyways and that is always an easy fix. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The pool closes at 8 PM and doesn’t open until 9 AM. We got there at 7:45 and the splash centre wasn’t running so we were concerned it was closed for maintenance. Went down at 9:10 AM and all of the lights were off in the pool area and the splashy centre wasn’t on either.
