Stayed at the end of May, room was not properly clean. Stayed at the end of August, toilet would not shut off and leaking on the bathroom floor from the shut off valve. Took 2 times for maintenance to repair after 2 complaints. The reason for staying it was next to racing event.

The room had a thick layer of dust and the headboards were dirty (we had 3 rooms) and they were all dirty... had to ask for the water to be turned on for kids to use waterslide. The guy working breakfast yelled at everyone to hurry up and get out 5 minutes before breakfast was even over. Safe to say we won't stay there again

Only complaint I have is that our fridge wasn't working but we didn't need it anyways and that is always an easy fix. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The pool closes at 8 PM and doesn’t open until 9 AM. We got there at 7:45 and the splash centre wasn’t running so we were concerned it was closed for maintenance. Went down at 9:10 AM and all of the lights were off in the pool area and the splashy centre wasn’t on either.

Pool needs work very dark in the pool area and water was very cold for kids. We stayed in a corner room and was very loud could here the trains. Breakfast was really good though

Staff was fantastic, so helpful and friendly. I appreciated the shuttle to and from Amtrak and the ability to check in early on my first day. The only disappointment was that the pool was unavailable.

This is an older conference center property. It is very well maintained. Three indoor pools: adult pool, kitty pool, jacuzzi. Seven story high atrium. Bar, billiard table, game room, weight room--all well maintained. Hot self serve breakfast with ample dining space. Huge event room. Will definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in Minot.

The lobby area is very nice! And the price was great Carpet in room was very outdated and dirty. Kept my socks on Not sound proof. We had a door joining our room to the next room and could hear their tv turned up loudly and their talking when we were trying to sleep.

The rooms are very dated and there are bugs in the room. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious. This hotel could use some updating.
