The staff was courteous, the rooms are nice but there was grease all over the floor of the elevator, the pool is ice cold and no hot tub. The breakfast was basic zero hot options.

Great Staff, ANU was very helpful when I needed a copy of an insurance document. Great room and facility.

All soaps and conditioners in shower was empty. Other than that price was right for staying there. We stay there quite often.

The hotel was ok. Rooms were clean. No microwave in the room was not great. The pool was freezing cold!! When I asked for extra towels they said they didnt have any clean and gave us pool towels. They need to keep up on the weeds outside. I was nervous to go inside do to the bad upkeep on the out side.

My parents stayed in a handicapped accessible room #104. It was very tight, no chairs to sit on & the bathroom room was in the way, always swans open so my blind mother would run into it.

The room was clean. The reason for the lower rating is because the refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy and the hot water didn’t work. It was warm at best.

Breakfast was a disappointment, TV was unusable, asked for help. Wasn’t fixed until last day. Will not stay again.

This is a nice place, comfy beds. One design flaw: The iron mounted in the closet blocks hanger space, which is already quite limited. No microwave in the room, which isn’t really necessary anyway. There’s one in the lobby. No hot breakfast, but enough options to get the day started.
