They were purchased by another hotel chain and lost our reservation. There was no air conditioning and it was 98 degrees. They offered us a room but not at the Expedia price on our reservation but at a much higher price. We walked out and didn’t stay here

Would not recommend. Was booked for 3 nights. Left after 2, although we had paid for 3. Will not be returning.

Booked on hotels.com but the hotel could not locate our reservation. Had too go back down to the front desk for batteries for the remote that wasn't working. Tile floor had a sticking sound when you walked on it. Juice machine was completely out of order at the breakfast so no juice. Also no hot water for making tea or hot cereal. Also no fruit at the breakfast. Air conditioning unit had to be set on constant fan for it to produce any cool. Setting on auto did not work. Drain to the bathroom sink was barely open and the control for it did not work. Toilet tank was reluctant to refill - had to fiddle with it to get it to work. Did not live up to the 8.0 guest rating. Should not have had to pay $84 for this quality.

Passable

Great staff with a new hotel vibe. Conveniently located to dining.
-
all was satisfactory - our stay was brief - just an overnight

Breakfast was just what we needed - no fresh fruit but great options for cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, french toast, toast, and the best - waffle maker. Coffee machine isnt the best and juice machine doesnt work. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, air conditioner works, good tv options. No pool but we dont use the pool.I would absolutely stay here again!

Room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Heat/AC unit not working when we arrived and was not even turned on. Fortunately staff were helpful and got things working right away, but room was freezing for some time. Breakfast was just ok, coffee in carafe was cold and both coffee and juice machines were not working. Probably would not stay again.

Everything was fantastic the only thing I was there were limited options for food no fruit, yogurt, etc other than that it was a warming stay
-
Hotel was nice enough. Breakfast was not the best, they seemed to have lots of options but lots of items were out of order or empty.
-
Breakfast was OK. Juice was not available. No fresh fruit/banabs.
-
Breakfast was nearly inedible and the room was half cleaned

I have stayed at the property 4 or 5 times since January and appreciate the value of the room-pricewise and ease of booking. My past three stays, I have been unhappy with my experience as there has been issues that have not been addressed by the facility. The juice machine has been broken and out of order since at least January 1, my room had a heater issue on one stay and I had to be moved to another room once I was checked in and two of my last three stays I have not been able to be checked out upon my departure because of apparent computer issues. I have also been disappointed with your breakfast choices and find that you do not accommodate guests with special needs (i.e. sugar-free pancake/waffle syrup, sugar-free juice and other gluten-free options). Another thing that would improve guest satisfaction would be to install or make available night lights in each room and provide at least two towels per occupant per night.

I was very shocked that the pet fee was $75. It cost more for my dog then it did the room. I have paid pet fees before but never this much. It is ridiculous. The room are nothing fancy sub par at best.

The room was reasonably clean, but not to the standard I would expect. There were also some basic oversights, such as having no place to hang bath towels in the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable. We also dealt with significant noise from neighbouring guests, which made it difficult to rest, and it did not seem to be addressed. The breakfast area was the most concerning part of the stay. It was not well maintained — tables were not wiped down, chairs were visibly stained, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Several items were unavailable or running low, including no fruit, and the yogurt machine was out of order. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for both check-in and the breakfast area, which understandably made it difficult to keep up, but still impacted the quality of the experience. I share this feedback respectfully, but honestly. There are some foundational areas — cleanliness, maintenance, and staffing — that need attention in order to provide a better experience for guests.

Clean, great breakfast, property was under some construction for a burst pipe, the pool and hot tube were not working. Overall a good stay.

MOST THINGS WERE GOOD
-
Room keys would never work, hot tub and pool not working and it’s the main reason I book hotels
-
It was a stay stay. Quiet. Mattress covers would be a good addition.
