The beds were very comfortable.

Only stayed the 1 night, but everything was very well taken care of. It is a non smoking hotel which was really nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was well done, very nice variety of cold and hot. And the freshly ground coffee was a nice touch. The staff kept everything well stocked and clean.

Clean There was renovation taking place. Even though we had a clean pleasant room, there were no ice machines or vending machines available. It is minor, but would have been good to know prior to arrival.

Great Hotel! They are undergoing a refresh but only have the 1st floor left. Our room was already redone and what a great room! Awesome staff, great breakfast, great location. Will stay here again and again!

This hotel is currently under renovations. The accommodations were good, the room was clean and the breakfast was above average. The street next to the hotel is busy and noisy. When you stay here, ask for a room on the north end, once renovations are done.

The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better.

Clean rooms Hot tub wasn’t working

When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends so you will have to deal with it. Just have the remote close to the box when you switch channels”. For reference the box is behind the TV. If it wasn’t for Expedia calling the hotel I doubt our stuff would have been fixed. I wouldn’t stay here again because the staff wanted nothing to do with fixing the situation.

Clean comfortable

The room was clean, and the staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel was under some construction, just information that would have been good to know when booking the stay.

Hotel was being renovated so hotel wasn't clean, and it was loud. Front desk wasn't able how to figure out how to split the payment even though I've done it at almost every booking through Hotels.com ever. Room was in poor condition with writing and marks on the bathroom counter. No fan in the bathroom, water pressure was terrible in the shower, temperature control was impossible in the room as the heater would either run on full constantly or not at all no matter what setting we put it on. People were loud above us until after midnight both nights and no where to plug in the car overnight so it would start as it was extremely cold. Breakfast was extremely bland and lackluster. Could've spent way less money for a "worse" hotel based on reviews but almost anywhere would've been better than this.

Clean room friendly staff good breakfast. Only problem was the room over heats fast. We set up the ac to 65 at night but it feels like 90..

Everything was great. Will definitely stay there again

Construction was taking place so in the morning it was loud.

Room was great! Only downfall was that they were doing construction at 8 am, but we were up anyways. Breakfast was great and fresh!
