Enjoyed our stay. It was easy.

Customer service was very good. I am a IHG member and I was very disappointed about the pool. The temperature was so cold you could not swim in it. It was one of the reasons I selected it so my son couldnswim. If it is that cold in the summer, it must be frozen in the winter. I did ask if they could turn up the heat and was told no. Very disappointed.

Here are the negatives which is why I rated this as "Good" as opposed to "Excellent". They make you pay $4 a night to park. Really? for a motel dressed up as a hotel? Are you kidding me? I told the staff I was not happy because in five years if you don't say anything, it will be $20 a night to park. I am so sick of hospitality and airlines charging more money for things like parking and baggage. It needs regulation. The reason for the parking charge is so that it does not go into the hotel occupancy tax and the corps can save the $. For this reason I will not stay at a Staybridge ever again. Also the TV did not work well. I am not an idiot and could not figure out how to power it on. Reason? the cables were loose on the TV because it is hooked up to a DirectTV box that kept pulling out the TV power cord in the back. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Our first impression with the front desk was very amiable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. Kitchen was clean and well presented. Kitchen staffs were very eager to serve as per our request. We shall coming again and recommend others to visit and enjoy the good experience we enjoyed.

Clean suite style room for a good price.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Large, clean, quiet rooms. Good breakfast. Several places to gather indoors and outdoors. Meeting room available at a fair rate; includes water and coffee.

The breakfasts were really good with lots of options! The pool was a bit cold for an indoor pool. And we asked for an extra pillow but were told they didn’t have an extra one. But Everything else was great! Friendly staff and Our suite was nice and clean!

I normally enjoy a Staybridge stay, but a few things were off this trip. Cleanliness was a concern including hair in the shower, a dirty Q-tip on the floor, and pajamas left in a drawer. The hotel was changing cable providers, so there was no tv at all which would have been nice to know. The front desk tried calling someone out to have it connected. We were told a technician was to come at 10:30 pm, but they didn’t show up.

The staff were fantastic and helpful. The property was clean and well kept. The only thing that went wrong was the key card system went down that night, but the staff were great dealing with it.

The walls in between rooms are incredibly thin I could hear the person next to me talk like they were right next to me till I am. Then I heard their alarm going off at 5am 510 520 530 540. This completely ruined my stay I did not get any rest and it resulted in pure misery the following day.

The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. The scones are made on site each morning. The egg and breakfast meat selections change each day.

Everything was great! We will be back!

My group of friends and I ended up staying here during the state fair, as we all attended the concert for the last night of the fair this year. We checked in when we got to town-well, our guy friends checked in, as they got to Minot first, and when I called ahead to make sure it was okay, the gal on the phone was super sweet and helpful, she took his name down, and said she'd get them checked in when they arrived-which she did! When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The property was beautiful. It was updated, clean, and had beautiful pool grounds-we could see through all the windows, even though we didn't get the chance to enjoy it-it still looked very nice! Our room was perfect-a one bedroom suite-it was clean, had two beds and a pullout couch so we had plenty of room and a kitchen-it was perfect. And the bed was so comfortable! Plus checkout was at noon-which was a great perk! It was in a great location, we got parking right in the front, and it was very conveniently located right off the main road. There's a gas station right across the way as well! I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone else!

Room was comfortable and clean

Very good overall. My one quibble is that it seemed that the carpeting in our room had been freshly cleaned and was still damp. So kudos for cleanliness but a demerit for making us walk on a damp floor.
