Staybridge Suites Minot by IHG

Staff was very helpful and friendly. suite was very clean and accommodated our needs. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was a great fit for our family with lots of space and two full bathrooms/bedrooms offering a very comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t great, mostly sugary foods, lots of carbs. There were premade omelets, hard boiled eggs, sweet potatoes and fruit that were decent enough but we only ate the breakfast one out of 3 mornings because it didn’t offer the foods my family is eating due to dietary restrictions. A fresh made to order omelet bar would be a good improvement. Traffic due to construction was frustrating coming and going from the property. The water was so heavily chlorinated and after three days we all had extremely dry and itchy skin and smelled like we’d been in the pool for days.

Breakfast was more than I expected: Great stay, I’ll be re booking again.

Front desk staff wasn't able to tell us how to turn off the air conditioner. We were trying to use the controls on the ac/heat unit. Desk said "there is nothing you can do about it". Eventually we found the thermostat on the wall The refrigerator made a very loud noise every once in a while. Maybe an ice machine or something????? It would last perhaps 20-30 seconds.

If I ever return to Minot I will seek out this place.

Stayed one night, passing through. Bed were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast had many options (kids loved the yogurt bar!)

We had a huge pile of trash with NO trash bags! We felt neglected big time!!! We will never stay there again.

The breakfast was phenomenal! Nothing pre-packaged-all fresh food. Beds and pillows were comfy and clean! Does not have an ice machine.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and each member of the staff that we interacted with was kind and helpful.

The room was nice with the exception of finding two bugs and some hair in the shower. I have a complaint about the toilet...it's way too low.

We were very impressed with the accommodations. The suite was charming, and the public patio looked inviting. We regretted we weren’t staying longer to really make use of the kitchenette and other amenities. Our only complaints were: 1. a lot of disruptive noise during the night, such as police sirens, and 2. the breakfast spread was impressively varied but disappointing in quality.

The staff is always friendly, and the breakfast options are great. Our room was dirty. Food and papers shoved into the fold out bed my daughter was supposed to sleep on, hair and toilet paper crumbles all over the bathroom floor and shower, dirty toilet, room hadn't been dusted.

The staff was good. The breakfast was good. The room was okay considering that it is Williston. It is okay overall.

Well appointed room with full kitchen and plenty of space. Hot tub was great. Pool was cold, but we managed. Will stay again!
