The lobby makes it look super nice but the rooms are horrible. We were moved 3 times due to items in the rooms not working and the 3rd one the TV didnt work. We didn't want to move rooms again so I didnt say anything.

This was a last minute booking the day off as our usual place in Minot had their pool down for maintenance and failed to mention it at the time of booking. Going forward we will always choose this hotel.

Very nice facility. Rooms were spacious, and clean. Parking lot is large and great for trailers etc. pool has 2 different slides to make it entertaining for kids.

Tub was slippery fell in the shower,other than that every thing was great

The water slides were not open. That was the reason we stayed there! No discount or apology was offered. Refused to cancel our stay so we could stay somewhere else.

We had a great time and a great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good in the morning and the kids loved the pool area.

Room a little rough. Had to change rooms due to tv not working and went to a very rough room. Broken furniture stained carpets and bed toppers.

Water slides were fun, hot tub could be a little warmer. Was luke warm. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Price was reasonable. Would stay again

Was clean, however slides weren’t working during our stay. My child was a little bummed as that is why we booked this hotel. Slide not open.

Nothing. Room not ready... had contacted about arriving 12 hours early on SAME DAY as check in. And room paid for not ready. Got less expensive room and got told at check out it was 5 DOLLARS less and I got a day "for free" because of early arrival. Water slides worked for 1 day the whole week we were there and were never made aware they were broken as that was half reason I booked it. Asst manager speaks to people with idiotic disdain as well. Pool was good. Breakfast was delicious I have not received an invoice. The pull out couch mattress was not in very good shape and was stained.
