Everything was great except our AC unit didn’t work.

The only issue was I didn’t know the airport shuttle had to be booked 24 hrs in Advance… other than that it was a nice experience.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was cleaner than some. However, we did find some crumbs in the pull out couch, easy to overlook. The shower did not drain well. Overall hotel was fine.

The female upfront most mornings is so rude and non helpful.

Friendliness of staff… Room was only basically cleaned trash removed, towels replaced, etc. nothing was wiped off bath tub was not cleaned. It used to be a clean hotel but things changed.

My biggest gripe was the lack of care by the staff with regards to the room. No one thing was particularly standout, but it felt a little lackluster. I was impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, and I'd come back here the next time we visit.

Room had strange odor upon entering,pullout bed had dirty sheets rolled up into a ball when it was pulled out.Used sheets underneath the couch,loud kids running around the room above us at 6am. Wasn't too good of an experience for a first time stay.
