Waterslides closed…. Disappointing. Main reason we chose this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The first room we were put in the tv did not work. We got moved to a different room. The tv worked in this one but frequently cut out. The wifi did not have great connection. The waterslides were both shut down for our entire 3 day stay.

Overall a disappointed for family and I. Water slides didn’t work, tv didn’t work, and room was dirty

The next morning, we woke up at 7:30 to eat breakfast and there was nothing left. The entire breakfast area was filled with the baseball teams and we could barely even get in to get coffee. I never complain but this was overall a very disappointing experience as my kids were excited to use the waterpark and were scared to even get into the pool.

Then sofa bed needs replaced and there wasn't enough bedding/pillows for the sofa bed. Spent extra choosing a hotel with a pool and the slides weren't working and the pool water looked murky, so granddaughter didn't get in the pool.

Water slide didn’t work and that was disappointing since that was the main reason we picked the property. Pillows were small and awful. Other than that, property was good, easy to get to. Staff were nice.

The staff was amazing. The motel was clean. I loved the pool area with the waterslides and the nice size Jacuzzi by one was clean and overall I just enjoyed it.

The breakfast was very good and the rooms are large and clean. We were a little disappointed in the swimming pool and waterslides - one of the slides were broken and the pool was very cold. Otherwise everything was good.

The staff were very helpful. The sheets were very stained, and need to be replaced; same with the pool towels. The waterslide is fun, however, no pool attendants and made for unsafe/un managed slide exits.

Overall it was okay. There were a few things in my room that didn't work. A/C stayed on one setting because none of the buttons worked to change it. I also had to have their repair man come replace a cable for their tv and change the keycard reader on the door due to the battery dying. Their housekeeping also comes hours before your checkout time trying to get you out of the room.

Very nice stay. Well worth the money.

We had a great stay here. Staff was super friendly, hotel was nice and clean AC worked great, breakfast was good also! Only problem was the tub didn't drain fast enough.

Dirty. Expensive. AC not working. Breakfast gross.

We decided to just deal with it since we were going to be back late and in the morning the ants were on the kids stuff which was on a desk. I had good hopes since we got the hotel for the water slides for the kids but the room was pretty rough. We had mentioned it to the front desk person upon checking out and they had asked for us to show them the ants. I would have expected a little more for the price we paid.

Rooms were fine and breakfast was good. Over all the staff was great but on our last night we came in just a couple of minutes after last call and the person would not accommodate us for one drink, where the night before they worked with us. It was just somewhat rude.

I picked this hotel because it showed it had a shuttle to the airport. Found out after checking in, that they required 24 hour notice for shuttle service.
