I love the black out blinds, I found myself sleeping in longer than usual, because the blinds kept out the morning sunlight, so well!! The breakfest in the morning was so much better than other places. The breakfest tables were clean and ready to great users. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and accomodating and personable. This is our go-to hotel for a nice comfortable stay!!

They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star because it's something vey important to me.

I arrived and they didn’t have the room I booked. They wanted to put me in a room that wasn’t going to work for a business trip and didn’t care that they didn’t have my room. I had the hotel staff call and explain why I wanted to cancel my room and explained that real customer service would have been to call me that morning with options for a different room or hotel owned by Wyndham

Everyone was very friendly. A very good price. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good

My bathroom had a half-used bar of soap with hair on it and there was hair on the shower wall. The breakfast was warm and tasty. Parking was easy and getting onto the highway/interstate was a breeze (the exit to the interstate was about two blocks away). If it hadn't been for the questionably cleaned bathroom, I would be very happy with my stay.

Not too much... the bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. That's about it. I am not sure if the hotel was renovating the rooms or what, but it was a bit of a mess. The rooms were not sound proof. The shower rod was falling out of the wall. I didn't notice it until I went to take a shower the next morning. And the towels had black stains all over them. The hotel did give us a "King suite" to move into, but that only gave you a couch and a bed in your room and that was a king suite. At least the shower rod wasn't falling out of the wall, yet... There were some decent reviews on this hotel and that's why I booked the room, plus we were close to the folks that we came to visit. But if I had known how everything was, I would have never booked this hotel. I did attached pictures of the shower rod and the black covered towels, hopefully those pictures will come through.

We were pleased with our stay at the AmericInn in Minot. We found the room clean, quiet and comfortable, and were especially impressed by manager, Teja, who displayed great customer service. Happy to recommend, we will be back.

We arrived late night around 11:30 p.m. the front desk clerk was nice and helpful.

Room was comfortable clean. Continental breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was friendly when we checked in late at 11:30 p.m. The only thing we didn't like was the bathtub was slanted on the inside and slippery. It had a rough bottom but didn't help from being slippery.
