Staff The place just felt rundown and just felt trashy as hell. Paint was chipping off the walls. Water for the tub was really low pressure and it just smelled horrible.

The lady at the front desk that night was not all pleasant, she looked angry right from the start at checking in, the key card didn’t work so my husband went back and told her, she sounded annoyed and explained rudely how the card worked after giving him a new card. We tried the new card and it didn’t work either. So my husband went back and explained it didn’t work either. She did give us another room, so everything did work out, but the friendliness and professionalism was very much lacking to what it should of been

This hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is good. It is convenient off of Highway 2 and the Minot mall.

Plenty of parking. Not sure why the Waffles were dough on the inside no matter how long we cooked them over the usual time. Tried a few times- seemed like they were too watery!? Shower wouldn’t drain either.

The room itself was nasty. Stained sheets floors where not vacuumed. Bathroom was disgusting. Pool area wasn't to bad. The pool water was actually warm. But there were no pool towels. The AC in the room was broke and didn't work. When bringing up to the front desk staff. Was told they would note it down. They wouldn't move us rooms or offer any help just that they would note it in the system. Will never be back. We also had a friend staying in another room. Found out the next day. They had the same issues.
