Very outdated, we waited 15 minutes for the front counter staff to come to desk to check in. The hot tub was down, the gym wasn’t useable and the rooms were very outdated. The bathroom bath/shower taps are backwards the H is not hot it’s cold and the C is not cold it’s hot and my child almost burnt themselves

Front desk attendant was very polite and upbeat. We liked having a fridge and sink in our room. Lots of outlets which was great for charging devices. Tub had black mold unfortunately and pool deck was very dirty.

The ac units are noisy but other than that good

No me reembolsaron el dinero. Pagué 2 veces por una misma reservación, el servicio de limpieza pésimo, usan las mismas funda de cama y ya tenían mal olor, y las tuallas, no las cambian, doblan la misma, más bien uno se llega a enfermar a esos lugares.

Not the cleanest place!! Fridge and freezer were both dirty. Bathroom door had a very poorly parched hole in the door. Shower curtain was very stained. Nice size room but definable needs a lot of updating

Rooms could use updated carpet/flooring. Also the recliner in our room was completely broken. Closest door was hanging off rail.

Desk guy was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Cheap. Hot tub and pool were clean.

Very good staff Parking is a little tight

Close proximity to stores and restaurants was nice. The pool has too much chlorine and is pretty icy. The air conditioner unit was full of mold, which we found after waking up horribly congested. The door was nearly impossible to open on a consistent basis and we heard our neighbors having the same struggles. The clientele was less than appealing, having loud screaming matches at all hours of the day and night. It is budget for a reason, or several.

There's a chance that pool/hot tub area can be closed for over 24 hrs before you arrive.

We always stay here when we visit Minot. The rooms are soundproof. The hot tub and pool are a great way to unwind. And it is conveniently located close to all the places we like to go. Highly recommend!!

We liked how clean and updated it was. We loved that there were full size refrigerators and freezers in the rooms. This was an unexpected bonus for our group. Nothing.

Location Not clean! Under toilet seat was disgusting and not washed, stained sheets, splatter on the ceiling. Ice bin has so much built gunk it looks like it hasn't been washed in months! There was candy on the floor under the over hang of the bed, indicating they half cleaned the floor. Deadbolt hanging on by a thread :(
