Close proximity to stores and restaurants was nice. The pool has too much chlorine and is pretty icy. The air conditioner unit was full of mold, which we found after waking up horribly congested. The door was nearly impossible to open on a consistent basis and we heard our neighbors having the same struggles. The clientele was less than appealing, having loud screaming matches at all hours of the day and night. It is budget for a reason, or several.

There's a chance that pool/hot tub area can be closed for over 24 hrs before you arrive.

We always stay here when we visit Minot. The rooms are soundproof. The hot tub and pool are a great way to unwind. And it is conveniently located close to all the places we like to go. Highly recommend!!

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Hotel was better than I expected. The pool area is big. Hot Tub was great. Overall room was better than I expected. Very spacious, loved the full fridge. The bathroom in the room could use a little TLC but nothing to complain about.

Room wasn’t cleaned. There was literal crap in the toilet that hadn’t even been flushed. Hair all over the shower, sink, beds. It was disgusting.

Everything good except room had a bad smell to it.

Our bathroom was covered in mold on the ceiling and in the tub. The room had several stains on the carpet and smelt of mold. The pool was closed without noticed. AC was very loud.

I like the hotel in general every thing was nice and clean

Very nice stay. We had an issue with another hotel in Bismarck and we showed up late to this one and the front desk agent was very helpful and accommodating and was able to give me a good rate as well. The cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. It was great to see a manager on site the whole time we were there as I have been in many hotels and they can never get in contact with their manager. You can tell the manager of this hotel cares about the property and takes real "ownership" of it. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. Close to all amenities

Perfect little pool and hot tub for the kids. Room had a broken computer desk chair and larger sitting chair that were not in the best shape. It’s an older hotel with some recent upgrades. The bedding and beds were clean, but the vacuuming and bathroom could have used a little more cleaning. Place was quiet, family friendly, and the price was right. No breakfast, only coffee available. Would stay again.

The sarcasm and authoritive attitude of the front desk lady. Very rude and stand off like. Not friendly at all.

We really enjoyed the pool area and the staff are super nice. They go the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. The convenience to the mall and Applebees was extra nice.

Ok place , needs some TLC to the rooms , staff were decent, we had to unplug our toilet as soon as as we got in the room , but no issues after, bit noisy but you can have that in other hotels , convenient location that’s for sure , walking distance to the mall , restaurants

The beds were comfortable. And the front desk people were nice.

Pool was decent as was the bed. Price point is good- just ask for a room with a window!!
