Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minot, ND

The hotel is being renovated, which is great. However, the shower pan is completely smooth with zero grip and therefore dangerous. I slipped and fell and injured by shoulder and right side. The manager promised a refund which I never received and didn't seem overly concerned that there was no grip on the shower floor. I feel terribly for the next person that stays there and finds themselves on the floor.

Pool was out of order, ice maker was out of order, shower was not hot

I was in the shower and I slipped and fell, no wheel chair for me to use I had to be rolled out in an office chair. I came to the ER and I have an inferior pelvic fracture. I am still in the hospital I cannot walk on my leg, I cannot weight bear on it.

Half of the hotel was under construction. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Staff customer service was non-existent. The construction was not disclosed.

Breakfast, location. Bed Well they are remodeling so some inconveniences. Our air conditioning loud. TV was not working well, pausing and sound bad.

Helpful front desk staff. Our floor had been remodeled and was clean. Currently still under construction.

The best part of the hotel experience was the Manager -Sandra! What a dear and very friendly. But the hotel was in the process of being updated and lots of construction disruption. But the room dirty and had to wash the bathroom floor since socks & feet got dirty immediately. No room service at all during our stay. We understand that there is a new owner but it wasn't apparent that Sandra got any support in hiring anyone that could help clean or maintain the rooms or common areas. That is a terrible customer experience in our opinion. Sandra said it's hard to hire when no one wants to work. They need to solve that problem to stay in business.

The staff were friendly and courteous, however they were extremely short staffed, no housekeeping service until every third day.. there was mold growing in the corner of the tub, mystery stains(blood??) on the electrical outlets and the bedspread. Hot tub and pool not in use. You can see they are trying, there have been some renovations, however there needs to be more attention to detail and definitely more staff…
