Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minot, ND

The room was clean, and the staff outstanding! An excellent choice.

Charged for the rooms the morning of our arrival, not at check-in, not a standard practice. Entry to staircase in lobby to second floor blocked off with yellow caution tape. No toilet paper holder or bath mat in bathroom. Shower was grimy at the base and runners for the doors were rusty. Laundry room door did not have doorknob. Pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, the hotel looked tired.

They are under construction. Stairs taped off. Must take elevator to 2nd floor to get ice. Light in laundry room don’t work. There was a lamp places in the room but no where to plug it in. Shower did not work in my room.

The hotel is a typical road motel the place represented good value for the price paid. The breakfast was quite reasonable. Parking was very good Wi-Fi was generally acceptable. There is a great steakhouse across the street and a reasonable bar also across the street which always helps. The check in process was painful I had an issue with my credit card which meant that an original booking was cancelled which is no fault of the hotel, I rebooked the same hotel again only to find that the checking in system used by the hotel wouldn't let me pay for the rooms despite them having been confirmed. My friend who was travelling with me saved the day and paid for the rooms which were also not without incident. All in all a stressful check in. experience.

The location was very good. The mattress needs to be replaced. The breakfast was cold and there was no coffee.

Location, easy check in and check out Ice machine on first floor was out of order. Second floor ice machine was working but the stairs to second floor were not usable. We had to use the lavatory.

Frankly, not much. Room looked clean, there was hot water. Pretty darn bad for a Country Inn. The lobby was dingy, the building looked like it was falling apart, the hallways and stairwells were unvacuumed and full of litter, the breakfast left a lot to be desired, most of the ice machines were out of operation. I was shocked to see this place in this state of disrepair.

The only negatives would be: the hot tub was barely warm, and Hotel employee at the front desk was not friendly. Needs a better/friendlier attitude and demeanor. Other than that, everyone else was great.

The renovations turned out great. Beds comfy, room was updated and clean, bathroom updated and clean. Decent hot breakfast. The front desk staff are also very friendly. Overall great stay.

The staff we met were very welcoming and helpful! And Sandra is a dedicated and hard working general manager who really cares about all her guests! Thank you Sandra!!

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Great location and the price was perfect. Our only issue was the pool was absolutely freezing and not usable.

The hotel should have smart tvs which would allow your customers to stream on the apps. example: netflix or prime or disney The continental breakfast was terrible: egss/bacon and sausage was cold and pancakes were hard on the edges.

I made an error in my booking date and they would not refund my stay. So I got billed for a night that I did not even stay for. Not very good customer service. I spoke with the booking company and the staff on-site.
