The front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast was above par. The pool and hot tub were nice. The cleanliness on the other hand was not the stairs all look like they needed vacuumed. My floor in my room was sticky. My children were socks, which just got very dirty. The beds were nice. They were comfortable with the linens were good. The towels were great. The bathtub was less than desirable to even stand in because I was there more than one day I went and bought something and clean the tub myself overall, I would be back there. I felt safe. The people that work. There were very nice.

My only complaint is that when we called to see if we could check in early we were told our roo. Was ready, but there would be a $15 charge. I said that was excessive and would find another way.

Absolutely nothing The customer service was awful! I’ve worked in the hotel business for 15 years and I have never had an encounter like this with a customer or coworker.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Always love a fridge in the room. The shower walls could have been cleaned better

Clean and very nice updated room and facilities, great breakfast, and very friendly staff that always checked to see if we needed anything. The beds advertise as queen beds but are only double beds so a little small.

How close it was to shopping center Our room wasn’t ready due to other persons late check out. They also said all the staff left for the day and no cleaning people were there and they wouldn’t clean it then they all stood in front lobby while I checked in.

The pool was visibly dirty and our room smelled like dirty diapers and there was stains on the furniture We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere

Breakfast was excellent, lots of stuffs to eat and drink. They had no gym.

Staff was friendly. Good location. Filthy. Floor were so dirty. Pool area was disgusting. Bathroom in room was so dirty. And noisy! No soundproofing of rooms. Kids were screaming at 7am on the pool deck.
