Yan was great and very nice during the breakfast. Great front desk person as well!

The pool was visibly dirty and our room smelled like dirty diapers and there was stains on the furniture We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere

Staff was friendly. Good location. Filthy. Floor were so dirty. Pool area was disgusting. Bathroom in room was so dirty. And noisy! No soundproofing of rooms. Kids were screaming at 7am on the pool deck.

Much improved since our last visit .. most of the common areas look renovated . Our room was nice as well . Staff were great !

Room were clean like the new entrance but the breakfast could be better not enough gluten free options n my husbands said no white gravy was in the venue

Hotel is old but they have put some money back into it. For the price it’s fine.

The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully that will be taken care of in the remodel.

The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom had a modern mirror. The shower products were a good brand. The front desk guy was very good. The hotel is in the process of renovating and it looks nice. The pool area was usable which is where we focused for kids to play. The location is close to the mall for shopping. I liked the tokens and used them for bottled water. The shower products in my room were empty, and in the next room, my friend's tv and phone were not working. The breakfast left something to be desired, with no cream cheese for the bagels, and the biscuits were undercooked. The crew was building new furniture in the pool area, so all the current chairs were pushed to the side. It made it hard to sit facing each other but we didn't mind. We did mind the manager yelling at our kids for using an inflatable-looking couch as a float. He could have made his point more kindly. In our opinion, the hotel needs a sign informing kids that the couch is not a float, because it is made to look like a float.
