The room was very spacious, great shower/tub, lots of mirrors and outlets. The pool and hot tub were wonderful - not huge but underused so plenty big for us! Pool area was so pretty with open balconies, tables and chairs, and artificial plants overhead - even with night lighting and a lift for disabled persons! No breakfast but that’s not a deal breaker for us. Great price too.

We complained to the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do as there were no other rooms. No refund or credit for our next stay because we booked through a 3rd party- hotels app. I’m sorry but what does that have to do with the Cleanliness of the room that you are renting!! Never staying here again. Even if it was free

Staff and their willingness to help us out with any issues we had. The location was close to many places to eat and shop. The housekeeping staff were on top of every request we made for daily service. Very comfortable beds and the room was a good size. Nothing.

Staff was very welcoming (sorry male employee could be encouraged to wear deodorant/antiperspirant). Everything was clean and there was shampoo and body soap. Beds were firm. Room is just dated but clean.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work, I had went to the front desk to get a room change several times and nobody was up there to help me.

Strong chemical smell in hallways but clean rooms. It can be a maze to get around the hotel from your room to pool area but external doors are easy to reduce steps.

Good price Fitness room was horrible. Treadmill belt didn't work. Things broken. A bit run down.

The host at the front desk were more than helpful very professional. The fellow with the beard was very cool. He fixed the TV in my room can't compliment him enough.

TV remote did not work. Room had a terrible odor (not sure what exactly it smelled off). And it was extremely noisy around 9pm. People shouting and swearing at each other (I think it was staff screaming at staff). We won’t stay there again.
