Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center and Water Park

I was disappointed to have paid for a room with a bath tub, being told by the manager that I'd have one and I ended up with a shower only.

Busy hotel, room damp, floor damp

Location!! Close to hospital also. That we were there only for 1 night. Was there to check into hospital & didn't really get to enjoy our stay.. more than likely will be our go to place while in Minot from now on!!!!

The properties location is great. The room was clean but had spots that were missed on the ceiling. The carpet needed to be stretched, as there were uplifted areas in the walkway. The room could use a good deep cleaning.

Very run down, pool was closed which they didn’t inform us until we got there.

There were big stains on the floor, And also on mattress. Room wasn’t very clean.

The hotel rooms absolutely could benefit from some new carpeting or pulling up the old carpeting...wearing white footie socks that were gray/black on the bottom after walking around on our hotel room floor. water park was closed for renovations so that was a bummer.

Good clean place. Unfortunate the pool was being renovated but hopefully be up and running next time we come :)

Excellent except the pool area is kind of rusty and old paint, besides that all was Excellent

We were not informed when booking that the water slides and pool were closed. One of the main reasons for booking there. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never came once to our room! Not once! Unexceptionable!!! The room was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. But service was lousy. I can see not cleaning stay over guests every day but not one time in 4 days?! We had to go get our own towels and empty our own garbage.

Pool wasnt open and And property was just dirty crap hole.

Size of the suite. It was a suite, no one single dish, not even cups by the bathroom sink to rinse after brushing teeth. Some of the faucets etc were barely hanging on, needs updating.

Did not know about the pool being closed when we booked. We stayed anyways because the kiddy pool and hot tub were still open. When we went to the pool there was debris all around the pool. It was at least cleaned up for the other days. It does look extremely run down and kind of gives crime scene vibes. We only had two towels in our room for 4 guests so we had to take towels from the pool. The next day we didn’t put our sign on the door because we needed our towels exchanged and no one had come to clean our room so we had to request new towels. The next day they hadn’t changed the towels again so we just went to the desk and got new ones. There were stains all over the comforters. This hotel cost about $200CAD more than one we stayed in in October and was not even close to as good. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Don't have waterslides

We were not informed that the waterpark was closed until just an hour before we were set to arrive. A week later we have yet to receive our promised refund.

The only reason we booked was for a quick over night and they had a pool and water slides but were closed had we known that we would have booked somewhere else. Staff had told us many different reason but all in all the hotel is very run down.

Staff was very friendly Slides were closed, hot tub didn't work, kiddie pool was freezing

Amazing breakfast and the kids had a blast in the pool. Super helpful staff as well.

Would not have booked at this price if I knew the pool was closed
