Location was good for my stat Breakfast is not my favorite , but location is next to a good restaurant

clean room , no milk at breakfast, no pool or hot tub or ice .

Need to do at least one cleaning per week if guests are staying multiple days, other than that the stay was very pleasant

It was sold as a boutique but it was just the basic motel renamed and charging $200 more a night than they should have during the state fair.

Tidy hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast was not very good- very little options and did not look like the photos.

The listing said it included many things that were not in the room, such as a blow dryer. The walls were filthy. The bathtub was filthy. I will definitely not stay there again, but the staff were very nice when I checked in.

Pool was closed so all there is to do is watch tv which cstreMing all the time

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up. She said she had been at the bar next door

We were pretty disappointed when we walked into our room. The minifridge door was left wide open, and instead of being cleaned out, it had used towels crammed inside and spilling out onto the floor. It was obvious the room hadn’t been properly checked or cleaned before we checked in.

The room was very quiet. The name of the hotel is currently Dakota Inn. The breakfast was just ok with only 1 type of cereal, a waffle maker, toast, and a few types of pastries. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was not in operation.
