The room was not clean

The girl working (who did an AMAZING JOB) had 1 day of training before being left on her own. And she only found out she wasn't fully trained when she tried helping us switch rooms because the room we checked into (Room 310) smelled wet and musty. She moved us to 209, but didn't have the training to do it, so she called a co-worker and they figured it out. They were both AMAZING! The hotel details on Expedia do not mention that the pool and hot tub are out of order due to a crack. It is veing repaired, however we specifically booked this hotel for both. Also, the hotel details on Expedia indicate that the automatic pancake maker was a feature breakfast item. Also broken. I did notice they used to win awards featurd behind the front desk. But that seems like a long time ago or perhaps not with the current management. It will take a bit of money to upgrade this hotel, but the room price was fair.

Nice and quiet easy to get to places from there

Traveled all night, room was paid in full and after midnight room was cancelled. I was charged a night stay and had to pay for 2 days again. I do not recommend this motel.

Very comfortable beds, weird that there are full size mirrors over the bed area. Breakfast was okay just your basics. Pool was closed.

The room was small, but clean. It had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep. Check in was easy and the clerk was pleasant and helpful.

Rates were reasonable and check-in easy. Comfortable and clean. Served our needs for a quick reasonable stay, but would stay again if need arises

Hot tub/pool was down. Couldn't stream our phone to the TV. Disappointment.

The old “pool and hot tub is out” cause the hotel is trying to save money. The breakfast is very weak as well.

my only complaint is the tv didn’t work but thrr Ac was meh and also the breakfast wasn’t even breakfast it was like waffles and cereal and yogurt what we really loved was the dog park in the back

The room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and heplful. I am Gluten intolerant, so the breakfast lacks options.

The hotel was overall clean. The beds were comfortable. In a good location. There was no room safe or makeup mirror. The breakfast needed some protein options.
