La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Minot

Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast had a good amount of options. The only downside was the pool and hot tub were not available because of maintenance.

Staff were friendly and helpful and location was great with plenty in walking distance.

The bed was clean and the sheets smelt fresh which is what mattered most but expected better.

Staff were lovely, rooms were updated more so updates then others in the city that have been updated. Breakfast lovely and lots of options, Everything in room and hotel seemed to work no issues there. Didn’t use there pool or hot tub area so can’t comment on that.

The pool was horrible, not as pictured. We had a 5 night stay and were planning on swimming daily but only went once. The bottom of the pool and hot tub were gross and grimy and the chlorine level was disgustingly high. I had to leave in the night to get eye drops for our family because we were in so much pain. The chlorine actually bleached our swimming suites and ruined them.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fabulous after long travel!! I normally go to the breakfast, but I slept so fabulously that I decided to stay in bed. I had discovered that I left my glasses there and they had them safely put up for me to get back.

I liked the layout of the motel. The parking was great. No wondering where you should park because I was told which side of the building my room was on. I liked the coffee and tea in the room and the soaps provided. I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the public spaces. I didn't like that the pool was shut down but things happen and I would rather be safe than sorry.

Recently renovated, which was excellent. There was no hand soap available, no shelves of any kind in the shower, and we had problems with the TV. Also, we got no room service, so had to go ask for clean towels for day 2 of our stay. Hot tub was out of order.

Freshly Remodeled & quite! Pool area smelt of strong chemicals, we only got to swim for 10 minutes before we were coughing they definitely need to improve on some ventilation for sure. Bed was pretty firm (might be just because they are new) noticed some of the contruction with the remodel was half tasked.

A fire alarm went off middle oof the night but not hotels fault caused by customer.

We loved the coffee and complimentary breakfast! The TV only worked on 1 channel and the shower was dirty.

Very quiet. Very new and clean. Staff was friendly, not overly formal. There is a designated smoking area next to the front door. There are chairs and ashtrays next to the front door, so I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke every time I entered/exited the building. Why is there a smoking area so close to the entrance? Isn't that illegal?

Clean, spacious room but beds were very uncomfortable or sacked out. Hot tub was closed so that was very disappointing and pool was so cold we couldn't even swim in it. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping and food options

Was a nice and clean atmosphere throughout the building and also the room. I appreciated the special request acknowledgement regarding not being placed next to an elevator- noise.
