Excellent stay, hotel is refreshed as others have noted. The room was immaculately clean and beds comfortable with new furniture and new carpet in the rooms. Not a 100% remodel but definitely one of the better Minot properties. Staff struggled with lack of training to get me checked in but upgraded my room without me asking, to accommodate for the inconvenience. This is a solid property and will become my regular for monthly business travel.

There was no safe in any room. My first room had no working thermostat and my second room had no working fridge. No housekeeping or changing of towels.

Room was clean except the bath tub had rust and mold under the no slip mat. Hot tub was down for maintenance and that was super unfortunate.

Reserved a king and recieved a double upon check in. I was told they needed to do that because they were over capacity and that's all the rooms that were left even though my reservation was made weeks in advance. Toilet was not flushing. When telling the lady at the front desk top about that she said there was nothing she could do. Hair in the shower. A/C did not work. Room was almost 90 degrees over night. At breakfast the next morning, waffle batter dispenser didn't work and all other sections were out so no breakfast either that we paid for. The manager at the front desk did nothing to try and compensate. We stayed here a month ago and pretty much the same thing happened with no working toilet or air and the breakfast selections were out. Would never stay here again!!!!

Debris behind bathroom door that obviously was missed because cleaning staff neglected to code the door when cleaning.

The beds are very high. I’m short and the beds were almost too high for me. I could barely get in! The beds are very soft (too soft for me) which made it even more difficult to get into the bed. Breakfast was disappointing. First morning was some type of round eggs and hash browns. Everything was stone cold. Second morning was biscuits and gravy with no other choice. We don’t like biscuits and gravy. But the nice room at least partly made up for the lack in breakfast!

Wifi in the room was terrible, but good in the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast was average at best!
