The rooms are extremely noisy. Cardboard walls. You can hear the TV in the room.next to you. In my case that continued till 130am, and I had to be up.at 5am. Do not recommend

The water slide attraction is a false advertisement. Open very limited hours. Not worth paying a premium of staying there because very limited accessibility. They charge you for parking without confirming you actually parked a car. Breakfast was limited and not what you would expect for what you pay. Missoula has plenty of hotels and won't stay there again.

Great for a road trip pit stop The water park is a bit crowded with limited swimming. Kids liked it

- Super Clean overall - Rooms were tidy - The Indoor Waterpark was great and kept the kids entertained! - The included breakfast was sufficient and gave us the fuel we needed to begin the day - Affordability. This is actually one of the best hotels in the area for this pricepoint Here's what we didn't like: - We reserved a room that coul accomodate 5 (2 Adults + 3 Kids). The room could onl accomodate 4. One kid ended up sleeping on the ground (luckily we brought an inflatable mattress just in case) - The pillows were terrible (like really bad). Would recommend bringing your own - The beds were 'meh'. They did the job, but were not the most comfortable (even for hotel standards) - We had issues with the door lock battery and ended up needing to move rooms. Other doors were having a similar issue. It would be great if the property updated the batteries in all rooms as this would greatly improvbe the stay experience for all guests moving forward, and would reduce potential similar issues for any future guests. Just a thought.

The Fairfield Inn is almost adequate for it's type (motel) but not for the price or for a Marriott property. I had to ask twice for a working hair dryer and they never fixed the reading lights by the bed (blown light bulbs probably). The toilet made a whining running noise for a long time after flushing. The person above us stomped back and forth long after 11pm, and when I got up to use the restroom around 3am, I didn't flush the toilet because I didn't want to wake anyone up, but I did wash my hands and the sound of the running water must have woke up the stomper overhead because they then stomped across the floor for 15 minutes. The walls are paper thin, we heard someone's alarm at 6am. The free breakfast is adequate and just like a million other motels, scrambled eggs, sausage, cooked oatmeal, dry cereals, etc. The coffee wasn't bad though. We left two items in the room (a plugged in nightlight and a body pillow) and trying to call the motel to let them know was a nightmare, their phone system sent me to a national reservation line if no one answered the phone at the front desk, I was unable to leave a message. When I went back to the Fairfield Inn to ask for our stuff they did have the body pillow but not the nightlight. The person at the front desk got snippy with me, they asked why hadn't I called first and I let them know that I tried but no one would answer and then I got a long discourse from them on how they are busy and can't always answer the phone.

Spacious room with very nice shower and 2 TVs. Very comfortable for 3 people.

The pool was great for 12 year old kids, loved the slide. One bedroom suite was spacious and bathroom was huge- fantastic! Breakfast ended too early so we missed that, but it was a great stop over on a road trip.

I plan to stay there every time I go to Missula. Which is at least once a year.

Nice clean. Comfy beds. Disappointing that water slides only are going from 4-9pm. Hot tub okay but not very hot. Decent breakfast.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Our room was not extremely clean, but overall still a nice stay

The common areas were clean and updated. The breakfast was good and there was ample seating. The kids enjoyed the waterslides. Pool towels were gone when we got out, so I asked the front desk for towels. I was told only two extra towels per room since they were short on towels. While we stayed during a busy weekend, we paid $300 a night. Housekeeping did not come during our two night stay which we were told not to expect housekeeping on check in. If the staff knows there is not adequate amenities (towels), I would expect someone to be more proactive to retrieve used towels and pool towels from rooms, but this didn’t happen. Overall, a nice property, but not for the price we paid.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was good. Had free washer and dryers! Water slide was liked by my daughter, but said the pool was cold.. hot tub wasn’t very hot.

It was quiet

The staff was rude and judgemental. Treated me like I was a bother just for asking for pool wristbands for my kids. Pool staff was rude to my kids when they weren't doing anything wrong. The slides aren't fun when you have someone screaming at you constantly. I was charged $8 for 1 ice cream the 1st night and 4$ the second night, so I was scammed by the front desk. The 2nd night stay i asked for 2 more pool wrist bands because my kids had thrown away the 1st set, and the front desk told me I had to bring the old ones to them to get more even though the color of the bands change daily and you have to get new ones every day. I was questioned like I was lying about being a guest at the hotel. We originally only were staying 1 night but my dad called to pay over the phone for a second night and when I went down to re-register the front desk lady treated me so awful. Insinuating I had some random man paying for my room, asking me questions like: " do you even know what zipcode this guy paying for your room is?" While rolling her eyes looking disgusted. The room was so humid and hot even with the AC, the bathroom was dirty with hairs in the shower and grimey bathroom floors. The hot tub wasn't even hot, the splash deck was so cold my babies lips were turning blue and couldn't even hardly stand to be in the water for more than 2 minutes. The "water park" that you pay over 300$ a night to stay there for isnt worth it. This hotel has been my worst hotel experience in my 15 years of travel. I'd rather skip the slides and not spend 600$ to get treated like im not a human and my kids get yelled at the entire time they tried to enjoy the only reason we got the room there anyway!

Receptionists in afternoon were fantastic and diplomatic
-
The breakfast was healthy and so many great options! The pool and slides were a really fun part of our stay. I would recommend this and stay again if I'm ever in Missoula again.
-
Our room was clean and ready to go when we arrived and everything down to the breakfast area was meticulously kept up and cared for. We loved our stay and the kids really enjoyed the water slides!!!
