Reviews

Extremely convenient for the airport shuttle. Rooms were clean, some linens left in drawers had slight brown. Carpets old and dirty. Asked for pet free/smoke free room and was clean/quiet on 3rd floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shocked there was no breakfast for the price we paid. Overall the rate was more on the expensive side for less amenities. There seemed to be hardly anyone booked there and the Fairfield Inn next door was sold out.
-
No food options close by, but near the airport.
-
Convenient to the airport. No restaurant and no breakfast offering.
-
It was a nice place to stay. Stayed the last two weekends and what a difference the marathon made.
-
Very spacious room!
-
The room was absolutely gorgeous and we had no trouble falling asleep! The pool and the hot tub were also really good!
-
Overall, the amenities of the suite would rate a 4 or 5, the staff and cleanliness bring our over all rating to a 3.
-
All good for a 2 night stay. The pool area/hot tub was nice!
-
The location was perfect for proximity to the airport and was literally across the street from Big Sky Brewing. We enjoyed our large, comfortable room and bath, and having a living room and kitchen. Perfect spot to chill pre and post the Zootown Festival!

Staff. Nothing.
-
Staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was a great value for a family of 5!
-
Great place- the rooms were so spacious. In fact the whole hotel is beautiful lobby lounge, super clean, beautiful and so close to the airport with shuttle service.
-
Also the carpet was horrible in the room-could feel the dirt on floor.
-
The staff is always super helpful
-
Sofa in room No breakfast at all, poor lighting in room, only 1 end table and lamp (had to use a chair next to bed), mattress soft and sheets smelled of strong detergent!

We have stayed in the world’s best hotels and Montana’s worst hotels (kid sports) but we have never stayed in a less hospitable property. The two men repeatedly working the front desk were rude and unpleasant in all interactions and treated requests for adequate towels and bedding with disdain and/or outright refusals. At $300+ per night for a below-average property, we expected better and did not expect to be treated like potential felons plotting to steal cheap, threadbare blankets and towels. The universe willing, we will never stay here again. If this is your only option, sleep in your car.

Hair in drain, beds were terrible,
-
The room was clean, the bed clothes nice, crisp, clean. The pillows were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were kept at good temps and really were relaxing. Staff asked appropriate questions about my service dog to make sure he and others were safe. Will book again.
-
The room was spacious The staff at the reception, both in the evening (Scott) and in the morning, were cold and indifferent
-
Dislikes was the $75.00 charge for a dog! That's almost the cost for a person. No breakfast for the cost!
