The spacious room. The hot tub was not hot, you could see imprints on the bed where people slept, it was not comfortable. The heating/ac wouldn't work. It was hot and we were unable to cool it down.

I loved the space & amenities in the room for the five of us girls! The pool area was clean. The breakfast was way beyond what we expected, better than most hotels!!! Staff was very friendly. Can't wait to stay again!

Very convenient to the airport with airport shuttle service. No real breakfast options on Sunday - not even a restaurant within walking distance (although the little coffee drive up 'tail spin' had very good breakfast burritos and coffee - but was closed Sundays).

Space was clean, we were given the wrong room number and keys, the room was occupied. Easily fixed thankfully. I wish the bathroom had the sink and mirror in it bc the light shined right into both beds while people were sleeping and others trying to sleep after a late flight in and long day of travel

No breakfast or restaurant

The room was large and had kitchen amenities. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom sink was separate from the toilet and shower allowing one person to take a shower while the other dries their hair. Staff, guys each time, at check-in and check-out spoke very fast the entire time. When asked to repeat something they seemed put out and not interested at all in offering better customer service. I'm not sure why they spoke fast but it was hard to follow.

The lodge is quite charming, with a rustic western vibe. My family and I absolutely love it

Bed was very comfortable. Ample parking in well lit lot.

Exceptional

The room was nice enough. There were no pillows or blankets for the pull out couch and the sheet barely fit. The room next door had an alarm going off from 1am to 3am and the staff said there was nothing they could do…so that was really frustrating. Pool was chilly, but the kids had fun.

Exceptional

The Stone Creek Lodge was incredible! We stayed only one night and everyone was so kind and welcoming. We were shuttled to the airport the next day and everything was seamless. Once we made it through security we realized we had left something in our hotel room. We called Stone Creek Lodge and THEY BROUGHT IT TO US!!! Amazing service! I will stay here every time I am in the area!
